Going to take some time to get through that huge bag of Moringa. 4 stars as could not see any instructions on the bag regarding dosage so had to Google it. Half a teaspoon to begin with then increasing as your body gets use to it.Only opened the bag yesterday(9 th Dec) so far too soon to log any benefits.

Bought at a sensible price to use as a combination supplement . Tastes pretty foul, but hopefully in time I will reap the benefits. My only complaint is that there is no recommended dosage, so I use 1 teaspoon in kefir yoghurt in the morning. Just started so no positives or negatives to report

This made me really ill. Twice I had two teaspoons in a smoothie and I was suffering like I had a severe stomach bug for the rest of the day. I dropped the dose to one teaspoon after a week-long break, but I was still incredibly nauseous and felt like I was going to be sick for about six hours after. Either it doesn’t agree with me or is very potent. Such a shame as I was really looking forward to the health benefits I’ve read about.So I thought I should warn others to be mindful and start on a low dose and gradually increase.

So I came across Moringa powder on my instagram feeds. I was skeptical. The suggestion was to use add the tablets (but I use the a teaspoon of powder) to warm water, a pinch of cayenne powder, some sweetener (I use honey) and drink first thing. Only been doing this for 3 days and for me the results have been immediate. My bloating has disappeared immediately. I do have to be close to a toilet for an hour or two straight afterwards but after that I’m fine for the remainder of the day. Definitely recommend this for bloating and for the price it’s worth a go.
