I have a lot of trouble sleeping at night. I find this product really works although sometimes I have to take two pills rather than the recommended one. All natural ingredients so it seems safer than many sleep aids.

I fall asleep in 1.5-2 hours

Was on trazadone for years and after prolonged use it wasn't doing the job, it seemed to take forever to fall asleep. With this product I fall asleep fast. Will continue to buy but you have to get it when you see it as it runs out fast and takes forever to get back in stock.

I have tried different melatonin sleep aids, but this particular combination really does the trick for me and My husband. I think because peoples chemistry is different, it responds to only particular ingredients. So I would recommend giving this a try and see how it goes. If this gets a bad review, I don't think its a bad product, I think its just the combination with another persons system.

I was looking for a replacement for my last herbal sleep aid. I’ve never taken melatonin before but had heard about it. I took this one for almost a week but had to stop due to being extremely drowsy for half the day after.I’ve taken Ambian and regular sleeping pills. None of them made me feel so tired the next day. So yes, they work good, if you don’t mind feeling sleepy the next day.

I really like these herbal added melatonin capsules as I get quality sleep for once.
