Amazon Basics High-Density Foam Roller for Exercise, Stretching and Muscle Recovery, 36 Inches, Black

This foam roller is basic, but it works just as well as more expensive ones. It feels solid, does the job for stretching and muscle recovery, and the quality is definitely there. I’m very happy with the purchase and don’t see a reason to pay more.

Came professional packet. As advertised no issues. Recommend this over any other fancy colorful bumpy roller..This is firmer unlike the soft ridges u see in other products and its consistent durability all over will definitely last a long time.

I use this almost daily and have for at least 3 years. It's held up well and has relieved back issues very well. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another or recommend it to other people. Great value and great quality.

Thought these were a joke, but this has helped my back tremendously. It has been great.

Works good very solid easy to transport. Do some core strengthening on it and bench dumbbells. Good buy

Fantastic. I was getting a lot of pain around my mid-back and I was told that my back muscles were very tense. I read up on foam rollers and the wonders they work so I decided to give this one a shot, since it was highly recommended on a separate website due to its durability and very low price. I went with the 36" roller, as most guides recommended longer rollers for those who are just beginning to use them. I followed some guides on the proper use and on my first use, it hurt like crazy. I had to grit my teeth and swear a lot, but once I rolled off, I noticed my entire back felt limber, if slightly numb. The best part was that the pain was gone, and it seems for the long run. I can sit in my office chair without getting that lingering pain. I use it almost daily now, and it doesn't hurt to use it anymore. Turns out my muscles were knotted up and they were tensing up all the time on their own, and this worked out all the issues. I've started using more techniques to isolate specific muscles and it feels great. I would recommend to anyone that's looking to loosen up their muscles, particularly if they're always tense.

This foam roller is great. It is very firm, which I knew before buying so just know that. Would definitely recommend.

🎌Zu meiner Ausgangslage: Ich habe diverse Rückenleiden und habe nach langer Praxis und Recherche erfahren, dass eine lange Faszienrolle sehr hilfreich sein kann. Erst das Positive: ✔️ Das Produkt kam mit Prime schnell an. Es war am nächsten Tag da. ✔️ Es hat mit 90 cm genau die richtige Länge, um mich längs darauf zu legen. Der Kopf bleibt dabei auf der Rolle drauf und überstreckt nicht. So kann ich einfach einige Minuten liegen bleiben und meinen Schulter/Brustbereich dehnen, der auch bei den meisten Menschen verkürzt ist. ✔️ Quer gelegt, kann man kann bequem drüber rollen. Die Rolle ist eher hart und für unerfahrene NutzerInnen sicherlich schmerzhaft. Langsam rantasten! ✔️ Der Durchmesser ist angenehm, um die Wirbelsäule zu strecken und Knacken zu lassen. Jetzt das, was mir leider negativ aufgefallen ist: ❌ Es ist ein sehr teures Stück Restmaterial. Ich werde den Gedanken nicht los, dass es sich dabei um ein "Abfallprodukt" von Amazon handelt, was man bloß neu zusammenpresst und teuer verkauft. Aber was soll man tun, wenn man so etwas nicht selbst herstellen kann. Andere Marken sind noch teurer.
