It works!!!
I bought this to stash back for a rainey day! We have lots of kids around us all the time. These pests are very easily caught so itโs nice to have something on hand! It seems anytime I ever find a case of them itโs at night when I take a shower! The last thing I want to do is find a store thatโs open at 10pm when I live in rural USA! I have used this brand before and itโs never let me down.

If she has active lice she still needs the combout but I have not had active lice since I did one treatment with rid followed by
My granddaughter keeps coming home from her mom's with head lice so sadly I battle them every month or two. I order these to be delivered to her mom's house to get things under control there - I order now and then for here but I've opted for a less harsh and more frequent approach here - there is a leave-on spray that I purchase here on Amazon that comes in either a 3 pack or single packs as an add-on. It is pesticide free and I simply spray her hair when she gets here and let it dry while she sleeps (per the directions and because she gets home right before bedtime with no time to do a 2 hour treatment with combout) and the next day she goes to school. If she has active lice she still needs the combout but I have not had active lice since I did one treatment with rid followed by once a week with the spray (and it smells like licorice).

Effective
I used this to preform on my daughter's hair for the second and third washes as recommended by pediatrician. Works to kill the lice, so I am happy! Never want to go through that again!

Not recommended for young kids....
The scent is strong and quite unpleasant, it drips and runs all over (none of these go well on a young kid. And in the end it didn't even work (still have live bugs after it sitting in hair for the recommended time) so......my recommendation for anyone needing this for at least the younger kids, go with Fairy Tales.....that brand works and doesn't traumatize young children!
