Taste like toxic waste LOL
Great value, tastes like toxic waste. LOL Reviews claim it's bitter, but that is so not the case. The cool thing is as soon as you mix it with something like Muscle Milk the awful flavor is neutralized 100%. One caveat is that when you put the lid back on the powder seeps out in a white mist. No biggy, plenty of product in the jar.

No Frills BCAA
I have bought this item multiple times. It is a staple in my supplementation regime. Although the bottle says it's tasteless, I would say it does impart a small bitter taste. At the end of the day, it is effective for my fitness goals.

Excellent Quality and Great Taste!
I’ve been using this BCAA powder for a while and it has exceeded my expectations. The raspberry lemonade flavor is delicious and refreshing, making it easy to drink during workouts. It mixes very well with water without leaving any clumps, which is a big plus.I’ve noticed faster recovery and less muscle soreness since I started taking it, and the 2:1:1 ratio gives me confidence that I’m getting a solid formula. The container also lasts a long time since it provides plenty of servings.Overall, this is a fantastic product at a great value. Highly recommended for anyone looking to support their training and recovery!

Tastes like grape Kool-Aid for gym rats
First ImpressionsI’ve tried BCAAs before that tasted like someone strained them through a gym sock. Not this one. Nutricost’s grape BCAA powder actually mixes smooth and tastes like candy water for adults who pretend they lift heavy. 60 servings, 2:1:1 ratio, vegetarian, non-GMO, gluten-free. It’s like the supplement gods finally threw us a bone.Performance2:1:1 ratio (Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine) = the classic formula that actually works. No shady pixie dusting, just the essentials.Recovery feels smoother. Soreness doesn’t stick around like an unpaid roommate.Energy during workouts. Helps me push longer without feeling like my tank is running on fumes.Mixability & TasteMixes clean. No clumps, no chalky grit at the bottom of the shaker.Flavor: Straight up grape Kool-Aid vibes—but without the sugar crash. Sweet enough to drink daily, not “chemical fruit punch” nasty.ProsSolid 2:1:1 ratio for real results.Grape flavor is actually enjoyable (rare for BCAAs).Mixes well—no lumps of sadness.60 servings = lasts a good while.Vegetarian, non-GMO, gluten-free.ConsA little sweet if you’re sensitive to flavoring (but I’ll take sweet over gross any day).Bottom LineNutricost’s grape BCAA powder does exactly what I want: tastes good, mixes easy, and keeps me from feeling like a sore zombie after the gym. Honestly, it’s the easiest supplement in my stack to look forward to.

Great Flavor, Dissolves Well
Packed with flavor! Very strong. Not too sweet. Dissolves really well in water. Does not have a gritty or chalky issue that some do. No adverse effects for me - no jitters or stomach problems. Affordable price. Wish the handle on the scooper was slightly longer, but it is fine. I keep the little anti-moisture packet in there, just in case. Can have a strange, kind of yucky smell if you let it sit and don't drink it all right away. Easily remedied with a good cup wash.

Great Flavor, Excellent Ratios, & Quality Ingredients! Return Buyer!
Awesome price and no weird additives! I have been losing weight/in calorie deficit (CICO) since March 15, 2017 and had my weight loss goal set at 1.5lbs per week (which is a -750 calorie deficit per day). I really dislike protein powders and don't eat a lot of meat, so I decided to add a BCAA to my day to *hopefully* help prevent muscle loss from dieting + working out. I am working out 5 days per week for about 2 to 3 hours daily. I take mostly strength-training classes (again....to preserve muscle while losing fat) mixed with a bit of cardio here and there, so I am burning a lot of energy and calories. This BCAA appealed to me because the 2:1:1 ratio is exactly what you're supposed to look for and typically only find in high-priced versions. On top of that, most of the expensive ones contain things like caffeine, green tea, and long list of "speedy" ingredients that really aren't necessary and that I didn't want. The fact that this contains Ashwaganda was a bonus because I've taken it before and it's very mild and only seeks to improve mood. I also liked the fact that this offers a variety of flavors/no flavor and is *allegedly* calorie-free.I drink this everyday in a concentrated form before my workouts...and then I take the remainder of the concentrated mixture (about 3 scoops total) and add it to my 64 ounce water and just sip on the diluted version throughout my workouts. I continue to add more water until I'm done working out and finish up whatever is left about an hour post-workout.Although I HATE fake sweetners, this one is easy to get used to compared to others. I got the Green Apple and it's basically a VERY SWEET Kool Aid. I don't know why the sweetness is quite so high...but the flavor is really tasty and adds well to water. There is no smell other than a muted "apple" scent and this doesn't typically irritate my stomach. Although BCAA's often cause nausea if you drink a lot DURING workouts, I found this only happened to me the first few days and then I adjusted the amount and my body also adjusted to having it. It only happened during extremely intense cardio workouts that sometimes make me a little queasy anyway. This is also very easy to mix. Although I have shaker bottles with the ball....I don't use them for this. I just shake it up in a regular water bottle the night before and stick it in the fridge for morning. No stirring or blender bottles necessary. What I don't quite understand is how it can be truly "calorie free". I've done some light reading and discovered that BCAA products don't have to list the calorie count as long as the calories *per gram* are less than 5. I hope that's not the case here because 5 calories per gram means that 1 scoop (7 grams) is about 35 calories. And since the recommended serving is about 20 grams per day...that quickly adds up to nearly 100 calories. To those not looking to lose weight or "cut"....that seems like no biggie. But even if you're drinking a low dose, 100 calories is a whole lot more than "calorie free".So I WOULD like to know if this is truly "calorie free" or the calorie count just isn't required due to the way the serving sizes are listed. Mind you...what I read could be total BS, but it's something to keep in mind if you're working out for weight loss or cutting and adding these calories without realizing it.Anyway, overall I'm thrilled with the taste, performance, and price and have ordered twice since my first purchase. I'm definitely pleased and although making muscle "gains" is nearly impossible while in deficit, I'm seeing nice muscle definition after losing 25 of the total 34 pounds I was looking to lose. I feel like this has been helpful both in preserving my existing muscle....as well as aiding in the DOMS (the sore muscles afterward) by just enough to notice. That's the best you can really expect from any BCAA and at this price point, the performance is incredible. Highly recommend and will continue to purchase (though if anyone knows about the calorie thing I mentioned, I'd love to hear back about it). Awesome product!

Violently Sweet
Mixes well. Great price per serving when compared to other brands. But this is just too sweet for my taste. And has a weird aftertaste when I try to chug it.
