So let's talk sleep and how we have a love/hate relationship right now... We recently moved and the little sleep I used to be getting has shrunk to even less lately. We are all getting adjusted to new time zones, work schedules, drive times, beds, and a new house. So it's a lot but it feels like too much without decent sleep. I've been looking for a non habit forming sleep aid for a while that won't make me feel sluggish and like I've been drugged come morning, the options are few and far between. But I was offered to try the More Labs Dream Well better sleep supplement, and it works! It actually works! You drink the little bottle 30 mins before you want to lay down and that's it. The taste surprised me, it's really good, sugar free, and only 23 calories. I fell asleep so fast, stayed asleep, and work up feeling well rested and refreshed. ABSOLUTELY NO GROGGINESS!!! I repeat, no grogginess in the morning! I am thrilled with this product!

It's a good product, I've enjoyed my one last bottle to help me get to my bed. I used to take a long time before actually fell asleep in bed, but this product helped me gently fall asleep with warm and cozy feelings. The size is good, one shot of small size cherry flavor drink. It does not have any chemical taste, while taste just like a fruity flavor vitamin juice. No pressure in size that it is only a handful size a drink before bedtime, so try them especially if you have insomnia. I loved them especially the night when I had to drink that it always energized me to wake up in good condition in the morning!

I’ve been taking this along with MIRRY melatonin tablets. On some nights, it works amazingly well—I fall asleep fast and wake up refreshed. But on other nights, I’m not so sure if it’s working. Honestly, I can’t tell for certain yet, but the reviews were so good that I decided to trust the process. I’ve been using it for 2 months now, taking it once a day. It’s easy to take, and I plan to keep using it for a while.

Despite some of the other reviews, this does have a really good taste to me! But I’m used to drinking sugar free drinks, so that probably makes a little bit of a difference. It really does help me sleep! And it’s great because I don’t wake up groggy the next morning like if I take Benadryl or some other medicine to help me sleep

Best!! First discovered this product in Aldi and ever since then I’ve been hooked! Works better than melatonin for me, I dose off in 20-40mins. And I do not wake up groggy. Love this product!!! Would love to get it regularly, if only I had a discount code.

I have no clue why there are so many flavor complaints, i wish i could bottle this as juice, so good! It worked pretty well. According to my watch i for 2 and a half hours of pure REM sleep which is rare for me. Took a cup of coffee to fully wake up but thats normal for me. Ive somehow felts calmer throughout the day today than usual and wondering if that's part of it. Def getting more when i run out!

It’s a good sized supplement and I definitely fell asleep faster than I do not taking it but I didn’t stay asleep through the night.

I have used this product nightly for 10 days. Typically, I take 1-2 different sleep aids a night. With this drink, I've gotten the best sleep I've had in a long time. It took my body a few days to adjust (melatonin and I don't typically agree), but after that, I couldn't keep my eyes open within 30 minutes of drinking it, and I'd wake up refreshed and sometimes even early, which was great, because I could get more done in my day. I love the taste and that it's sugar free. I dock it one star because I think it's too expensive. I think $1 a shot would be a reasonable price.
