Better than the original squatty potty. It’s less bulky, but it feels sturdier. I replaced the original swatty potty with this one because the other one broke. I keep one in each bathroom in the house, because it’s helpful when you need that seated footstool.

It's a great item, however mine came clearly used. Scum specs and little hairs all over it... It very obviously spent some time in someone's else bathroom. It's just plastic, so I can clean it, but if I'm buying a used product I shouldn't pay brand new price. Kind of gross too thinking where and when you use this item... UPDATE: Was able to get a refund so changing from 2 stars to 4 stars.

All I can say is echo the "title" of my review...this product worked for me. And would think it would work (or a least help) anyone. Lots of knock off versions, but I like this best.

I appreciate the sturdiness of this stool and it tucks up into the toilet area nicely, so it’s always out of the way. I would definitely recommend this over the fancy ones because of the sturdiness.
