The "tap tap tap" has been driving me crazy. Well, I got an Apple Pencil and was looking at accessories when I ran across this item. I figured what the heck.Let me just say that these are AWESOME!!! My hubby and I both have been using them for almost three weeks and are in love. Just the other day, he told me this was the best purchase for 2019!!! No more tapping noise. They don't block the pencil from working. They are just perfect!!! You will NOT be sorry you ordered these!

After being sold on a paperlike screen protector and seeing some reviews say that it wears down your pencil tip, I decided to get these so that I can write on my paperlike screen protector while protecting my pencil, well I'm returning my screen protector now because the friction that these tips give when you write on the glass is PERFECT. My handwriting looks beautiful, and it's so smooth! So save your money and instead of dropping $40 on an overpriced screen protector, buy these tips instead. I promise you wont be disappointed! You also get the sharpness back from your screen that gets diminished with matte screen protectors.

UPDaTE: reordered these again and glad to see they are the same thick tips as before and not the thin ones that tear after a few uses that are being sold by some others!! these are worth buying and work well even on textured paper like screen protectors.these work perfectly for my every day ipad use that don’t involve fine print drawing and writing.they have reduced the annoying tapping sound made worse when i have a migraine by about 90% so am happy with these for sure.. So far i have had no issues with them, no lags/etc. except when i first put tip cover on and don’t push them on tightly enough. as long as you push them snugly onto tip, they will work great with 2nd gen apple pencil.. i don’t have a glass screen protection on my ipad pro though so i don’t know if these work just as good with one on or not..

I tried to use this for notetaking during class on my ipad bc I'm self conscious of the sound of my pen hitting the ipad screen bothering other people, but while it muffles the sound, it makes it very hard to write smoothly unless I'm adding a lot of pressure. If I try to write with my normal pressure, the pen tip lags or the line I'm drawing breaks bc it loses connection. While the colors and idea is cute, it's not function for notetaking or drawing. Maybe I can use it as a pen cap for when I drop my pen or something.

I bought these a month ago or so and have it on my Apple Pencil always. It does really keep the screen protector from getting scratched up and keeps the noise down when I take notes during a lecture. My one issue is that I am on my first one and it is already wearing a hole in it.

I was excited at first after I scratched my iPad with a worn-down nip ( didn't realize it had worn down so bad). I started using these protectors and I was in love but I draw a lot as a digital artist and designer so I've worn through the protector in a week. After I took the protector of I realized it was no longer synced right the distance between where I landed my apple pencil to where it would actually draw was good 5mm. I had to resync and adjust and it happens every time after I take the protectors off. I am guessing I will no longer be using the protectors. However, if you use it casually and aren't depending on your apple pencil and iPad for work then I guess you would be fine.

For the price...it was worth the gamble, but these are not really something I will get much use out of.PROS:• They do reduce the loud taping of the Apple Pencil against the screen.• They add a little extra friction. (does not feel like paper).CONS:• They reduce sensitivity of the pencil. I have to apply a lot more pressure to get the iPad to detect the pencil. I often have to tap on things several times in order to get it to work.• They cause diagonal lines drawn to become wavy. Lines are fine when not using the silicone tip.• They make the pencil feel like the old cheap rubber nub stylus. I almost wonder if the iPad sometimes registers the touch as a finger or dumb stylus.I have not had these long so I cant speak to the durability issues others have mentioned.

I did not know that the pencil could be used with these covers on I bought them because it said it was a nerve replacement I missed the part about it being a cover but I put the cover on I am by chance It hit the iPad and things moved LOL then I picked up the pencil and saw that it will work through the cover so I am very excited I thought I was gonna have to send them back the colors are light pastel just as seen in the picture I wish they had some that were darker and purple and pink LOL

Actually awful and if you’re looking for replacements pls dont order these!!! They’re useless.
