PCA SKIN Hydrating Toner is an absolute standout in my skincare routine. Unlike many toners that feel drying or harsh, this one is incredibly gentle and genuinely hydrating. I have hormonal and cystic acne flair ups. When I get these flair ups, they last for MONTHS. There is no product I've ever found that has gotten my cystic acne to clear... if you struggle with the same issue, you know it takes time and has more to do with eating anti-inflammatory foods than applying topical treatments to see results. After a 2 month long flair up and eating clean but seeing no results, I decided to buy this. I didn't expect a miracle, but I had seen so many high esteemed dermatologists talk about this I gave it a chance. It hasn't cleared my acne totally, but for the first time in 2 months I'm actually starting to see my cystic acne FINALLY begin to heal. I noticed some dissipation after about a week of use, but even greater result when I switched to using it morning AND night, whereas when I began I only used it at night. Using it twice a day I started seeing results within 2 days. This might be too much for some but for the state of my skin its what I need. It's shockingly not drying and gentle for the power it has. My skin is glowing from it too, with my skin barrier intact. I wish it were cheaper but for what its done for me so far, this has become gold in my skin care routine!!

The quality of the toner is fantastic and it smells great. I have been using this for probably 15 years. It’s so good I’ve never even considered using a different product. This has been a staple in my routine for as long as I’ve been prioritizing my skincare. But last year I ordered this for $32.00, and now it’s $46.00. For the reason, I’m very frustrated to say that I’m going to look around and see what else is out there. It’s one thing if the product’s price increases, but that’s almost a 50% increase year over year. That’s insane.

I love this toner!! I use AM & PM (after washing face) before my other products. Smells and feels so good on the skin.

WOW! Used for the first time Thursday night and woke up to glass skin Friday morning. Have been using morning and evening- six times now and AMAZED EACH TIME! Gorgeous tone! I will not be going back to glycolic acid pads/toner after using this. I’m in both shock and AWE that a product works SO quickly with SUCH amazing results. I cannot fathom anyone being disappointed with this product! This scores a tie of second place with my zinc moisturizer (La Roche Posay Cicaplast), ONLY following the amazing results of #1 Tretinoin!
