how many end caps do you need to order in addition to the drain? does it come with one or two or none?

Don't buy from this company. I'm stuck with drain and no end caps. They won't accept their merchandise back. Terrible customer service. Doesn't come with anything. I'm so mad I bought this on Amazon

Where can I find just the grate covers without the other parts?

Not sure bought the whole thing. It works great.

can I Bond it, and which glue use ?

They don't require bonding if using full pieces. If you need to cut to fit, then be sure you cut proper end and you can still use the designed slot system to join pieces

Does this come with end caps?

No you have to buy separate. You can buy better product with all connections cheaper at Lowe’s
