I can't speak for your I/O boat but I used it in my van's engine cover which gets really hot and have had no problem what so ever.  Good luck.

Is there enough material to cover two doors

Not unless you have really small doors. The better way to do it is with the "door kit". It consists of 4pcs of 12"x36" and is made for 2 doors. What ever you don't use on the inner door skin you should use on the outer door skin. And don't forget directly behind the speaker. I used 36 sq ft on a 04 f150 with the doors and rear wall including back floor where the dual subs are.

how many sheet would you use for 4 car speaker?

Hi Thank you for the question, and it really depends on how much you want to spend.For example, "I" would use just one of these 32x18 sheets for one door. Applying to the outer door inner panel as well as the door panel for the speaker.This way you will not loose your music to the car next to you, or entertaining everybody you pass.You may look into getting 4 boxes of these and do that, or you can get (2) two door speaker kits (12X12).I would recommend the full coverage for medium to high powered audio systems. Especially if your vehicle is Honda , Toyota, or where the sheet metal is super thin.Thank you for choosing the Wires Zone.

How does it hold up when it gets wet regularly? My jeep leaks...

Water does not effect dynamat at all. Once installed it sticks very well to the metal surface of your vehicle. Just make sure the edges are pressed down well so water can’t seep under it and start the rusting process on your Jeep. Clean the surface well before putting the Dynamat down so it sticks.
