If you need protein and fiber that taste good, this is a great snack. I'd had the gastric bypass surgery 2019 and I can't eat a lot of surgery in a snack or drink. Try to get enough protein and fiber is hard for me, so this snack does a good job at providing what I need when I need it The only draw back is with this type of surgery and amount of fiber over 3 give me gas and when it gets out of hand (smells terrible and is constantly for a >x) for myself, you have to know it bothers others!🤣🤣🤣 Try it and see if you like it, it's great! Love these but there’s two problems.. Very difficult to open package so will be hard to give to a kid for a snack Also, although I love them I keep water next to me , my adult daughter confirmed the issue, it can be difficult to swallow even after it’s chewed up, especially if you take too many in your mouth. Dangerous for kids.

I bought these for a road trip and they turned into my favorite snack. The sweet sriracha was my favorite flavor. However, the other two flavors are really dry. You would definitely need to have a beverage with this snack.

Love this chick pea snack. Very crunchy, good source of protein and fiber. A filling snack and convenient snack pack size for on the go. Not real high in calories.
