I like the pan because it is just the right size for me. I appreciate the fact that the handle is not too long so the pan tips over. Another quart pan I have from Paula Deen tips over when it is empty and is really a nuisance. It came with the set of Paula Deen cookware that I bought from Amazon a few years ago.

I have wanted some of these Paula Deen speckled pots and pan ever since I saw them I finially bought this one and a skillet. I have been very careful with this product hand washing all the time. The bottom is starting to show scratches. Plus this is made in China. I am not happy with my cookware and dishes coming from china

'd been looking for a little saucepan, when I came across this. It caught my eye because it had pour spouts, was just the right size, it's non stick and looks really pretty.It arrived yesterday and I used it for the first time today to make a cheese sauce for my cauliflower au gratin. I read the instructions for the pan first, a good thing I did, it says shouldn't have it on a high heat or it may warp. I did what it said, it took a bit longer than I'd planned, but it was worth it in the end, the sauce came out delicious.The pan is very tiny, so I wouldn't recommend it, if you want to put a lot in it. I used 12 oz of milk in my sauce, I probably could put a little more in, but not much more, I had to be careful when I stirred, that it didn't slosh over onto my nice glass stove top.When the sauce was done, it just slid out of the pan, there wasn't much left to clean up. I really love this pan, it's my first Paula Deen purchase. It's very good quality and looks like it will last a long time, if I remember not to turn the heat up too high! It says in the instructions, that you can't put it in the dish washer, but that's OK for me, it's easy enough to wash by hand, that's the usual way I wash my dishes.Thanks Paula for this pan and the lovely Chocolate Fudge Ribbon cake recipe that came with it, can't wait to try it, it looks really yummy, I have all the ingredients, so I'll be making it soon.

One of the photos depicting this item in the advertisement showed it having a lid. When it arrived it did not come with a lid. When I mentioned this to the seller, the seller told me the photos do not matter, and that I should have known by the way the advertisement was worded, that it did not come with a lid. This would be like me purchasing a vehicle after looking at photos of it, and it arriving with a door missing. I did locate and purchase a lid that fir the saucepan after the fact. There is something telling me this saucepan originally came with a lid. This saucepan will not sit flat on the burner plate unless it is about 3/4 full. With the saucepan empty sitting on the burner plate, the pan sit tilted to the handle side due to the heavy rubberize handle. You can forget about simmering a package of gravy mix in this pan, since it will not have enough water in it to make it sit flat on the burner, that is, unless you place a lid on it. This leads me to believe this saucepan was meant to be sold with a lid or it is defectively designed. I would not recommend anyone purchase one of these saucepans unless they were sure it came with a lid. Items sold should meet form, fit, and function. I would say a saucepan that does not sit flat on the burner plat does not meet this criteria.

Too thin. Packing pillows burst and the size of the pot caved in during delivery or before. I could not know. It's a shame. It was a nice looking pot. But after seeing how flimsy the sidewalls were I returned it for a refund. I am still looking for one. Maybe with a lid, but needs to be made a bit stronger.

I bought this saucepan in order to heat up soup, sauces or butter. I like the idea that it has a spout. What I have been using it for is to make tea. I use a little more water than you need for a cup and just let the teabag steep with whatever flavoring you want (anise, ginger, mint, lemon). You can then drink it hot or save for afternoon iced tea. Very handy little pan.

Got the red one for my neighbor and a soft yellow color one for me. WE BOTH LOVE THESE. When I make hot chocolate, I do not use the microwave stuff. I put the milk in the pan, place it on the burner on the oven and get my milk nice and steamy hot like that. Nuking things.... well it does not stay hot. I pour the milk into a large cup that has the powdered chocolate and you get a frothy top and then add the marshmallows. This pan is perfect for that and a million other things too. It also has two spouts and is extremely well made. The price is exceptionally low and it arrived at my home within two days. Oh by the way, my neighbor loves her pan too. Everyone should have one of these little handy pans in their kitchen.

Have 2 of these and the coating is coming off the edges of the pans. Love the way the pan works and the size for making sauces but the quality is lacking. Yet another celebrity product that the celebrity obviously does not use themselves. It would be nice if these celebrity cooks used the products that have their names on them to see how poor of a product they are marketing with their names.
