For a budget-friendly model, it delivers performance that easily rivals far more expensive brands. The first thing that stood out is how lightweight it is. I don’t ever write reviews, in fact this is my first - but I had to say, now that I’m in my 30s and therefore not getting too much excitement these days, this hoover has brought me so much joy. I’ve spent £100s on fancy cordless hoovers that were utter rubbish, and for 30 odd quid I wasn’t expecting much, but I needed a hoover pretty sharpish and thought ‘this’ll do’. But boy was I pleasantly surprised! Small yet mighty, this hoovers suction is so good I had to stand on my rugs and fight it away from those fibres. It’s done wonders for my hard wood floors, upholstery and the little nozzle makes it so easy to get right up in my radiator crevices and along my skirting boards. Not to mention how easy the extra long handle makes getting to those hard to reach places. Worried about the cord holding you back and limiting your hoovering abilities? Well fear not fellow hoover enthusiasts - this one’s cord goes for miles. I did my whole hallway and up my stairs in one fail swoop without having to unplug and find a more suitable socket once. And when it comes time to empty it, as someone who struggles to work out how to turn showers on in hotel rooms, even I managed to do it with ease. Overall for the price, this hoover is one savvy investment. I’ve only had it a few days so time will tell how long it lasts, but so far so bloody good.

Buy cheap buy twice, "however" on this occasion the product has not disappointed in that vane at all. It does exactly what you want and the suction is far stronger that you might anticipate for such a small and low price band product. The test will be durability, the main arm / handle looks to be the week point when using on a carpet due to added friction, only time will tell. Great vacuum ability on both carpet and hard smooth surface.

Very good at cleaning, seems a very powerful motor for the size. Almost too powerful. Using it on hard floors and thin carpets, like in a car, this is a great product, especially for the price. On thick carpet, however, it’s almost a workout! You need a fair amount of strength to use it, and I ended up breaking the handle, which may be too thin for this product.

I rarely write reviews, but I thought I would with this hoover. I was looking for a very compact hoover for my studio as storage space is at a premium, but I could not justify £70-80 for a cordless stick-type cleaner and I only have hard floors. This appeared in my search and I was a little sceptical of the good reviews considering the price, but I thought I would take a chance for £25.00. It arrived the next day, and I tried it straight away. I am so impressed with it. It is tiny, but so powerful it actually lifts the rubber floor as it goes over. In handheld mode, it cleaned my fabric-covered workbench beautifully and the crevice tool combined with the handle got into the nooks behind my equipment. For the size and price, it certainly packs a punch and takes up hardly any space (I have a hook on the wall). The only thing to be mindful of, is when I opened to empty the dust container, I was hit with a cloud of dust as the container opened. It is not enough to worry about though. I am at the stager of life where a good vacuum cleaner excites me, and this one knocks spots off my old wet-and-dry workshop hoover.

Lightweight, very flexible at getting into tight spaces & with suction far beyond its small appearance. Really pleased with this cheap option for a spare hoover upstairs to save lugging the Shark up every time. Assembly is simple with so few components & it really is versatile at getting behind toilets, pedestal sinks etc. it’s not overly noisy either. Picks up everything in its way & is easy to empty. Cable could be longer & the plastic bits thicker but hey u get what u pay for. As with other reviewers I found using it on carpets difficult initially as the suction is so strong it literally vacuum seals itself to the carpet & is neigh on impossible to manoeuvre. I got round this by adding some stick on gems from my craft stash to lift it off the carpet slightly & therefore reducing the suction level enough to let it work easily on carpets now. Job done, happy customer & looking forward to using it as a handheld (albeit a heavy one) for the car too.

This vacuum was cheap and light, and perfect for a one-bedroom flat, I thought. So, when it arrived I was eager to put it to the test. First, I attached the long nozzle of the two heads supplied, and got to work at the carpet edges, particularly to vacuum up the moths and their eggs which my spray missed. It was amazing: powerful and quick. (That night I had the fewest moths ever flying about!) However, when I attached the main head and tried it over carpet the suction was too powerful and it kept detaching from the main body. After several goes, I thought of sending it back. However, as it's a cheap appliance and I didn't want to pay double for its nearest rival, I simply decided to make the housing tighter! This was accomplished by simply taping the top of the attachment head with a band of thin all-purpose tape (NOT sellotape or equivalent)! This did the trick and I've been able to use the machine comfortably since, and without the head detaching! For purists, this might just be too much faff, especially if you expect perfection at this price, but for a vacuum costing under £30 at the time, it was a small inconvenience and one I was willing to adapt and fix easily! Whether future basic Amazon vacuum cleaners correct this challenge, I can't say, but it's a reliable and powerful little ally which cleans simply and stores easily in my boiler cupboard! Lo he comprado y no me especificaba que venía con adaptador a la luz modelo Reino Unido, o sea que para poderlo usar voy a tener que comprarme un adaptador para usarlo en España. Deberían de especificar porque así te ahorras otro gasto más.
