This is a wonderful hair dryer if you are disabled and have trouble holding a hair dryer. I have very thick hair and it has enough power to dry it quickly, but my arm doesn't get tired. The only thing I wish it had was a cool shot button.

I highly recommend this blow dryer for travel. I was worried when I saw it didn’t have the option to control the heat but i found that isn’t a problem as it’s not too hot or cold. I have long hair so I needed something that could dry my hair without taking an hour and a half. I hate using hotel hairdryers as they often make my hair frizz. This compact blowdryer is perfect for putting into a carry on for a trip. I am so glad I purchased this one and will be getting a lot of use this summer when I travel.

I would have given this hair dryer 4 stars before it totally stopped working. It was recommended by my hair stylist. It was great for travel and easy to use. However, it had no cool setting and the tip kept falling off. When, it stopped working one day in January, I did all the suggested, troubleshooting to no avail. When I finally was able to contact customer service, the woman I spoke with, refused to honor the warranty for one year. I explained to her that I used this hairdryer four minutes at the most a couple of times a week. I also told her that my previous hairdryers lasted well over 10 years and were put aside for a variety of reasons, but none were because they wouldn’t run properly. She was totally uninterested and refused to do a thing. This has not been my experience with the few companies I’ve had to call with similar issues , I was able to replace them no matter what time because they said that this should not happen and they did not want to leave it, So, I was very satisfied. The new products they sent worked perfectly wel and have been running for 2 to 3 years now. Customer rep from Conair was unwilling to do a thing – not even a discount. I will not be buying from Conair again.

This is a great little hair dryer that really packs a punch. I was very surprised how powerful it is. It's a lot smaller than I expected, so perfect for travel.

My shoulders and upper back always bother me when I’m trying to dry my hair, so I have found that this small hairdryer doesn’t wear me out while I’m holding my hands up over my head for what seems like hours. This is my third hairdryer like this. The first one I purchased was from Bed Bath & Beyond and we used it so often that we finally burned it up after about eight years. So then I replaced it with a new one right before Bed Bath & Beyond went out of business. But now that we have built a new house with double sinks in the master suite, I decided that I needed a second hairdryer so this is the one that I purchased. The only drawback that I see is that this one does not fold where my last two have folded at the handle which made them a little more compact for traveling. This is definitely my go to hairdryer
