Review: What happened to the pricing? - I’ve been using this product since 2008 roughly, my order history shows I’ve bought it 54 times since 2010, and there is nothing better. I’ve read the opinions and I have to wonder if the the people that don’t see any results have different skin types. Not everyone is the same, I find that this also works great for rash’s , sun burns and I recently had surgery so as an experiment I decided to only use it in half my troubled areas and I’ll be damned that Side is healing faster. Now the problem I have is that I noticed it was being offered my less and less companies on here. ( I always buy the cheapest offer on here) And now it’s just this one. And the price has doubled. This is the cost of what I originally paid from a dermatologist and like all things, I go to desertcart first and I was saving like 120.00 dollars . And like I said desertcart’s price is now the same is anywhere else! Who the hell pays retail?? So I am using less. And trying other projects. So SkinnMedia will probably loose me when I find the next best thing, my order history shows I’ve bought it 54 times since 2010, and I was buying from the Dermatologist for a couple of years before I became an online shopper. So give me a break or see me go! I’ve noticed this is happening with a few other items . Is this the end of online shopping? If this is the case I’m happy to go back to brick and Moyer shopping as I miss and enjoy the social aspect of going to the stores. Review: Great deal on a great product. - After spending the better part of the evening reading the reviews of others I decided to risk getting a bad or fake product because I know desertcart stands behind purchases. And I can guarantee that the product I received was 100% authentic and fresh. I know that several companies list their product and distribute through desertcart and the company I purchased from was IBI. It was a couple bucks more than the least expensive option but they had very high customer satisfaction scores so I figured I was safe. I'm thrilled because I've been spending a fortune on this stuff for years....and I'm not in the economic range where I can easily afford to pay such prices for skin care, but the stuff is good enough that I'm willing to sacrifice to get it. I'm 50 year old, very fair skinned Caucasian woman, with dry and sun damaged skin. This stuff has been a godsend. Since I started using it people regularly compliment me on my skin. Do know that it takes a few weeks to begin to see the amazing results, and you won't get the full results for several more weeks beyond that. I have seen some people complain about the packaging and the product delivery mechanism. Before using you must equalize the product in the tubes, to achieve this bang the top of the bottle on your hand several times before opening it and dispensing the product. The packaging is designed for you to go through this process so you get the perfect ratio of each of the two products on your face.

For all ages, skin type Men can use it too
I have been using Skinmedica products for several years. I am a 64 year old woman who has not had any surgeries on her face. Yes, I have had Botox (can't fight gravity) I am a nurse. I have seen that the medical staff use TNS Recovery serum on diabetics for wound care. Remarkable results. The healing is unbelievable. I spoke to is one of the physicians and they use the SkinMedica line for skin recovery. I have demonstrated results on my face and neck that prove this. I do get a micro-dermabrasion every other month and with the use of the TNS Essential Serum my face and neck and the texture and elasticity has surpassed all expectations. My skin care specialist now carries this line, but I still purchase it from Amazon. I definitely would recommend this product to everyone. It is great for both men and women, acne, dry, thin and even for the perfect skin. Yes, it is a little pricey, but highly worth it. A very little goes a long way. Wonderful healing method such as sun burn, for the use after a lazer treatment. You don't need anything else except an eye cream. Not greasey or oily. Absorbs quickly. Love the product.

SkinMedica Globs
Firstly, Amazon and its resellers are not authorized retailers of this product and thus the 30 day warranty offered by Skinmedica is not available if you have an issue with this product as I learned from calling Skinmedica customer service. My issue however is not with the actual product or its ingredients but with the pump valve and packaging of this product. What is happening, is when I pump the product, hard solid tubular pellets of the product are being ejected onto my finger and or sometimes sticky gelatin globs of the product are ejected and or a combination of both hard and rubbery gelatin globs are ejected. This is essentially product (serum) to which I can not apply to my face or use in any way. Apparently the product is drying up in the value and forming these unusable pellets and globs but according to Skinmedica this design fault is really my fault for not pumping the valve daily. In other words I am suppose to be using the product everyday and if I did so Skinmedica says it would not dry up. According to Skinmedica customer service the warranty on their products is only 30 days because if you pump out product everyday you would use a bottle in 30 days. When I explained the issue to SkinMedica they offered me no compensation because * my product was purchased from Amazon and has no warranty * my product was more than 30 days old * because it is my fault that the product dries up in the pump/valve So if you are someone who has a daily routine which will see you using this bottle everyday by all means buy this product. As for myself I normally rotate products very much like one rotates shampoo's. I try to read my skin and see what it needs on a day to day basis. In other words if my skin is oily I might use different skin products on the day then if my skin is dry. In any case the most disappointing part of this experience is that Skinmedica takes no responsibility for this issue and doesn't care that I am loosing a huge quantity of product... probably up to 1/3 of the bottle, as it is drying up in the valve. Maybe Skinmedica should place a "warning label" on their products informing consumers that once they open the product and start pumping they must use the product within 30 days. Lastly, it is my personal belief that the food and cosmetic industries should get some ethics and be more transparent. Specifically of interest to me is that ALL products for human consumption and application have a clear date of manufacturing and a clear date of expiry and or best by date, in order for consumer's to determine if the products they are buying are stable and to be assured that they have not begun to chemically breakdown and deteriorate. Consumers should not have to call one company after the other and give codes to find out this type of information.

They are selling the real stuff here
I am almost 50 with sun-damaged skin with some sagging in the eye area, jawline, and neck. I was introduced to this product via a plastic surgeon, but paid $260. The product sold here is the same for $100 less. As for the results, they are unparalleled to any anti-aging product I have used. I noticed a difference after only two weeks. Where there was once loose skin was now firm., especially under my earlobe. After that time, I noticed that my skin was dryer than usual, so I warmed a small amount of coconut oil in my palm, then pumped some essential serum and mixed it. I always wear vinyl gloves, beforehand,, so the product goes where it is supposed to rather than being absorbed in my palm. After the fourth week is when I was getting compliments from people who don't normally give compliments. My skin is definitely firmer and MUCH less puffy looking (salty diet). My jaw is much more pronounced and the "age rings" around my neck have lessened significantly. I use it as directed or twice a day. It does smell strange, so I mix it with a dab of fragrant cream. TNS Essential Serum works!

Feels good, but too soon to tell...
I have no problem spending obscene amounts of money on skin care products in search of that Fountain of Youth. So far I have been pretty disappointed. This product has gotten some pretty high level reviews and after careful consideration I purchased it. The packaging was legit, it was sealed, taped up and indisputably the authentic deal. It seems like some people have been getting questionable products out there. I was prepared to be bowled over by an ungodly stench, but it smells gourd-like, like a fermenting melon, not too bad. I'm definitely noticing my skin aging, loss of elasticity, enlarged pores, inability to retain moisture. I've purchased and used expensive products like La Mer, Shiseido even straight vaseline. I started using this a few weeks ago. I can't properly describe the effect, but after putting it on, a bit of a tingle or sting usually accompanies it, but my skin feels protected by it. It seems to stay on the surface, and it feels binding. My skin looks smoother, plumper and seems to appear more wholesome. I don't know if that makes sense, but I like the way it feels. I don't know if the effects are lasting, but I'll continue to use it up and if my skin retains a more youthful appearance then I'll definitely buy more. I know some people are opposed to the ingredients, but seriously, cosmetics have a notorious past of blinding bunnies and torturing kittens. If this indeed is produced from the by products of circumcision then I'm glad some good can come of it. That is a procedure decided upon by parents, not aestheticians, anyways, placenta has long been used by hospitals to heal wounds and hasten healing. If you are morally opposed then do your research and make your own decision. I think this seems like a beneficial product and if I still like it in a few months then I may have found my magical Fountain of Youth product after all!

5 Stars - this one has been recommended by top cosmetic doctors and aestheticians for years
Normally when I am given a facial moisturizer or anti-aging cream for review, I have to try it out for quite a while to see if it lives up to its hype. In this case, I didn’t have to. Why? Because I used to use this a few years ago and it’s great. I used to visit a top doctor in Beverly Hills and I had gotten facials and fillers and some beauty products to try. Well, I didn’t care much for the fillers, but I did love the products, the main one being this - the SkinMedica TNS Essential Serum. This doctor told me that all the top doctors and aestheticians recommend this product and it’s the one that he and his staff all use. I don’t want to use his name here but you’ve probably heard of him and he does have an excellent reputation; he never gave me bad advice. So why did I stop? Only because it became too expensive. No stars off for that, because I think a product should be reviewed on how well it works. And it does work. I do have a recommendation about this - before you first use the product, tap it solidly on its base on the counter a few times - you want the two serums to come out evenly and at the same time when you use the pump. So I do recommend this. It is expensive and you are somewhat restricted in how much you use, since it dispenses the same amount with every pump; so you can’t stretch this out to make it last longer. Still, it really is great.

Best yet!
I wanted to wait awhile before I reviewed this product. Too often the first week with a new product makes your skin feel different and that usually translates to "it's wonderful". Then your skin gets hydrated and there is really no further effect. I have used this for two months now. I took some pictures at a family gathering before I began with the TNS and last night I took some more. The difference in my face is remarkable! Most products tout "diminishment in fine lines". Folks, I have DEEP lines that are nearly gone! I don't need any other product but this stuff most of the time because my face feels well hydrated. I think the results would be less pronounced in a younger woman. I am about to turn 55 and though I've taken great care of my skin, the age was really beginning to show. Now, well, I just had a 30 year old ask me out on a date....seems to be working! I know this stuff is hideously expensive. Do buy it here and not at your doctor's office. And take into consideration what lasers, a face lift or fillers cost...it's a pretty good deal!
