I got this one for my mom, since it's prettier than the cardboard and black ones. I immediately noticed there wasn't a "button" or magnetic slider to change pictures - it's just a an empty hole! Then I read the instructions and found out you stick your fingers through and touch the screen - very easy, and probably better than those flimsy magnet sliders that come on other cardboard models. Can't break your finger quite so easily as one of those...

Overall, very pleased with this little box! This is the first Google Cardboard viewer I've ever purchased, only recently discovered that they exist! I and several students have used it frequently and it is holding up well. I don't worry about my phone falling out. The padding around the eyes and nose is very comfortable. The design is bright and fun. It was easy to scan the QR code and connect my phone to the proper settings. It's easy to put your finger through the hole and make selections while viewing. The adhesive that holds the divider in place immediately "unstuck" itself. I fixed it with a glue dot, but it doesn't stay straight, so sometimes the viewing experience is interrupted because you can see the dividing line. I have not used the head strap at all, so can't say what that's like. Great product, especially for the price.

Its great, came with strap and all. Dont drop the strap and go to return it then find it like I did.

I've had this for a few months now and I still love using it. What I don't like about it is that one of the lens has a few scratches on it so whenever I watch 3D movies or play games, I tend to notice those scratches. Not a big deal though-- I got what I paid for. It's comfy to use. It came with two circle pads and.. I had absolutely no idea what it was for so I put it aside. Pros: Comfy, Stable, Has a strap. Cons: One of the lens has a lot of scratches, Can only interact with the phone via hole on the side.

Really bad. Broke in 2 days. Do not use if you wear glasses

Product arrived in two days and was well packaged. Fairly sturdy and was easy to put together. There was a round, foam ring loose in the package, I still do not know its purpose...odd. Not the most detailed instructions in the package, in fact I had to go to their website. I am new to VR and wanted to experience the most basic platform while waiting for my Oculus to arrive. A good purchase for the money.

Works as good as a more expensive pair I got for my Dad for a Christmas gift. Lighter, too. Comes in a cool design on the outside with a sturdy, adjustibled head strap. So, their also nicer looking then the original Google cardboard at about the same price.

Ordered a different vr headset first and highly regretted it. Then finally ordered this product. This is a great vr viewer! Very comfortable, holds the phone pretty securely, and the strap the holds your head is very comfortable and good quality. Very good design and really happy with the product. Would definitely recommend. Yes the finger hole is less fun than the circle magnet some other viewers have, but it's not bad at all and actually kind of comfortable to use, since it's not used often.

Best google cardboard head set I have used, so easy to set up and a very immerse experience using galaxy note 4.

Mr Cardboard m'en envoyé sa version POP! 2.5. - La petite mousse sur le nez le rend maintenant très confortable. - Le bandeau permet de le garder sur la tête plus longtemps sans fatiguer. (déjà présent sur le POP! 2.0) - les lentilles fixées par autocollant ne bougent plus et sont agréables J'ai pu m'en servir plus de 30 min sans aucune gène. Je vous recommande ce produit si vous souhaitez tester la VR (Virtual Reality) avec un tout petit budget. Il est certainement parmi les meilleurs de sa catégorie et le seul fabriqué en Europe.

Vi consiglio di utilizzarlo con un telefono che abbia una risoluzione piuttosto elevata. Sul mio Huawei P10 Lite si nota molto l'effetto aliasing, soprattutto nei videogiochi, ma con un briciolo di immaginazione riuscirete a non farvene un problema. A 8.90€ è un acquisto consigliatissimo. Uniche pecche: può dare fastidio sul naso perché il complesso è pesante e non è indicato come montare il laccio (ma potete intuirlo dalla foto).

Nachdem ich mir das POP! CARDBOARD 2.0 kaufte und ein wenig enttäuscht von der Qualität, halte ich inzwischen die verbesserte Version in den Händen, die schlicht und einfach POP! CARDBOARD 2.5 genannt wurde. Jene Version dürfte es also sein, die der Hersteller nun verschickt. So viel vorweg: in nahezu allen Punkten konnte ich Verbesserungen feststellen. Version 2.0 Als die Version 2.0 bei mir ankam, stellte ich teilweise verkratzte Linsen fest. Zwar wird das Erlebnis dadurch nicht großartig beeinträchtigt, unschön war das natürlich dennoch. Auch war ein Mittelteil zerknickt, das normalerweise für etwas mehr Stabilität sorgen sollte. Hier konnte man mit Kleber nachhelfen. Für mich der größte Kritikpunkt beim 2.0 jedoch ist eine Scharfe Kante an der Nase, wodurch das Tragen mit dem beiliegenden Kopfband äußerst unangenehm wird. Natürlich lässt das Cardboard auch ohne das Kopfband nutzen, wodurch es nicht mehr einschneidet. Man muss es einfach nur mit den Händen festhalten, was gleichzeitig auch dem Smartphone mehr Sicherheit gibt. Jedoch gehört es meiner Meinung nach zum VR-Erlebnis dazu, das Cardboard (bzw. generell ein VR-Headset) nicht mit den Händen halten zu müssen. Der Unterschied ist schon deutlich, wird man dadurch doch mehr in das Geschehen hineingezogen. Durch diese erwähnte Kante konnte man das Cardboard nur etwa eine Minute auflassen, wenn überhaupt. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist die Halterung des Smartphones. Das wird in die Box gelegt, mittels Klettverschluss wird diese zugemacht - und ein Gummi hält das Ganze nochmals fest. Links und rechts ist jedoch so viel Freiraum vorhanden, dass das Smartphone schnell herausrutschen kann - der Gummi sorgt unter Umständen nicht immer für Halt. Gerade dünne Smartphones, wie iPhone 6 / S sind hier stark gefährdet. Abhilfe hat bei mir eine dickere Hülle gebracht. Version 2.5 Im Grunde hat sich fast alles verbessert. Die Linsen wurden extra mit Folie geschützt und kamen nicht mehr zerkratzt an. Das Mittelteil war nicht geknickt: und endlich tut das Cardboard nicht mehr auf der Nase weg und kann auch längere Zeit genutzt werden. Die Polsterung dafür wurde ein wenig heruntergesetzt und ein paar Millimeter vergrößert. Was sich hingegen nicht verbessert hat, sind an beiden Seiten die viel zu großen Öffnungen, durch die das Handy trotz des Gummis rutschen kann. Hier kann man selbst kreativ werden und beispielsweise Klettverschlüsse bzw. Bänder ankleben oder etwas in dieser Richtung. Modifikationen sind aufgrund des Materials ja problemlos möglich. Anmerkung Fotos Bei einem der Fotos seht ihr die die alte und die neue Version. Oben die neue Version, bei der deutlich zu erkennen ist, dass die Kante an der Nase nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Bei dem zweiten Foto seht ihr ein iPhone 6, das in einer dicken Hülle sitzt. Aufgrund der dicke des Smartphones kann dieses leicht herausrutschen. Fazit Die Version 2.0 war vorm Prinzip her in Ordnung, aber nicht so richtig durchdacht. Die Version 2.5 bietet sinnvolle Verbesserungen, lässt sich angenehmer tragen und sorgt für ein tolles VR-Erlebnis. Einzig an den zu großen Öffnungen sollte noch gearbeitet werden. Dann dürfte es mit so ziemlich das beste Papp-VR-Cardboard sein, das auf dem Markt erhältlich ist. Hübsch anzuschauen ist es ja.
