MGE UPS Syst. PULSAR STS 1400 SOURCE TRANSFER ( 66027 ) (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

These things are great for switching between 2 power sources. Using them in a colo where each rack is fed by 2 power circuits to feed our single-power-supply devices. Very reliable. Also used for bypassing a UPS- hook one side to the UPS, the other directly to the power feed. You can then test or take the UPS offline without affecting your gear.UPDATE: There may be some confusion over what this is. It's labelled a MGE UPS Syst. PULSAR STS 1400 SOURCE TRANSFER; which I have purchased several from other vendors, and they're great. But the one I bought here they didn't ship me the right thing (they sent me a long monitor cable!); and now I notice some of the other vendors have some conflicting product info. The one I previously bought was  Eaton Pulsar 1400VA Transfer Switch  and I caution the buyer to make sure they're getting the right thing here.
