There's a little bit of a learning curve cuz it folds down into a little bit of nothing which is great for throwing in my book bag. Now I can set my book up when I'm doing homework or in class and I don't get that darn "light glare" on it. It holds my psych book just fine and it's a BIG ONE! Love it!

Can't really hold up soft-cover books (I'm studying for the CFA exam). It seems nice to have a plastic thing to hold pages back, but this seems like it could break easily. May not be bad for holding up a tablet, but not a heavier laptop.

I think the weakest element of this stand is the flimsy arms used to prop open books. Mine just broke while I was using the stand to prop open a small book. I would look elsewhere.

i really liked the different ways you could use this stand and was surprisingly sturdy when used properly. i was using this stand for a few months with a large medical text book before it broke right in the middle where it folds.

The book stand holds large textbooks, but heavy books appear difficult. Besides that, it is very light and and has short page holders.

This is the best invention since sliced bread...LOL. Seriously, for a full-time student and full-time worker it's a neccessity. It folds up and fits in my purse or it can we folded flat to slide into a book. It's great!!!

I have other bookstands so that I can tell about this bookstand comparing to other products.This is the worst bookstand I've ever got, not only flimsy but also totally malfunctioning.Do not waste your money please.

A little smaller than I thought, but it looks like it will do the job
