This is wonderful, Peter. It’s gluten-free. You can take it and cut it in half and cut it quarters and put it in the toaster for toast. It’s very tasty.

It was just what we needed to make solar pizza for our science project. Would definitely buy again for personal use.

It’s perfect for making sandwiches like tuna salad and chicken salad.

I was so impressed with how easy it was to open the packet. As someone with arthritic hands, I can't tell you how much it meant to me. Unlike other products that coyly suggest you 'tear here', and then roar with derisive laughter when, after struggling and battling with it, the whole package comes to bits and dumps your product on the floor. Right at the top where it says resealable, you can just pull gently and the whole top strip just falls away! I nearly wept tears of gratitude. And the pitas themselves were quite nice with a good texture. I will continue to buy this brand mainly because of the packaging that doesn't lie or make you wish you'd never been born. They were very good. I have only eaten one and the rest are in the freezer. I have food allergies and so far i didn't have a problem eating these. I have tried making my own but for two people decided it wasn't worth the effort.

I have tried several brands and Toufayan consistently outperforms. I love Middle Eastern , Greek, and Indian food. However, it has gotten so hard to find a good pita. I make several traditional dishes and always feel good serving this along side. Something to note, when you order it - is when they make it. So it is always fresh! This means if you can't wait a few days then you are out of luck. I buy in bulk and freeze.
