compact and lightweight
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This hose is very compact and lightweight when not in use, and very convenient to move around. Once connected to water and pressurized, the hose fully expands. During operation, there is enough latent pressure to keep the hose almost fully expanded. Kinks are not an issue with this hose.Connectors at both ends are brass and seem to be very well made, and a shut-off valve is included at the nozzle end which makes swapping nozzles quick and easy. The valve can also be used to reduce the maximum water flowrate to avoid the ‘pressure wash’ effect when watering plants. The included sprayer looks cheap but works well and offers all the normal functions (spray, mist, jet, cone, etc). Build quality is good and it is comfortable to hold. It’s hard to judge durability on a hose like this – I suspect that with normal use, it should last a couple seasons. Based on the included manual, the hose seems sensitive to over-pressure, so I recommend emptying the hose (i.e. shut off the water supply, and drain out water in the hose) between uses to avoid excessive pressure caused by trapped water heating up in the sun. Also included is a small hose reel that can be hung from your water valve and some spare rubber seals.Overall, this is a great value for a 50’ hose plus nozzle for light-duty use.

Lifetime Warranty
I have made several attempts to reach the vendor of this product regarding the lifetime warranty. It is quite impossible to get in touch with anyone which negates the warranty. I bought two of the expandable hoses and one quickly developed a hole in the material. I would love to get a replacement as promised in the description.

Flexible, exoandable, and light weight garden hose
This is the first time I bought a flexible garden hose. Its easy to handle, unlike the traditional type, you can reel it around, bend it basically at will. Very light to carry around, and connection to water supply is tight. I've used it for 3 weeks now, realky easy to use than regular hose. This garden hose comes with a built in nozzle and works perfectly fine. You can control the water flow and speed.I would recommend this flexible hose to everyone!

A really lightweight, easy maneuverable hose for your outdoor water needs
I just purchased the 100 foot length of this expandable garden hose that comes with a spray nozzle as well as a storage bag and a hose holder you can attach to the side of your house. I had the opportunity to set it up today and try it out and I absolutely love this hose! It is the first time I am venturing outside of the traditional rubber/polyester hoses and I may never go back, time will tell. So, setting it up was pretty straightforward, attach the female end to your faucet making sure to put in the rubber gasket provided and attaching the spray nozzle to the other end while also making sure to put the provided rubber gasket in the spray nozzle before attaching to the hose.Next, you have to make sure you stretch out the hose before turning the water on since it states you could make it burst which certainly sounds alarming, it also mentions psi but I am not aware of what the psi is for my water so I just turned it on slowly and it is amazing how the hose expands before your eyes! So, after the water was turned on I was able to extend the hose it's full length. The hose was very simple to maneuver and did not kink at all. When I completed my use of the hose for the day, I turned the water off and held the nozzle open so that the remaining water in the hose would escape, which in turn caused the hose to shrink back down before my very eyes! (It does instruct you to do this and not leave any water in the hose since in the winter it could freeze and cause the hose to expand and burst.) The hose is also extremely lightweight and easy to put away once the water has been removed after using it. Bottom line, so far, a really cool, lightweight, easy maneuverable hose that should satisfy your outdoor watering and washing needs.

More Delicate Than a Regular Hose - Steer Clear!
Learned the hard way but these expanding hoses are far more delicate than a regular hose. Purchased this to replace another that just broke into several pieces very easily. Not meant to be pulled across anything. If you have basic needs like a simple garden hose on a flat surface, this should work but if it even gets expanded over steps, you risk it breaking the interior hose, which is hard to patch with a coupler. As long as you accept that its uses are limited, it works as described.UPDATE: Well at least it lasted longer than the last expandable hose that broke in a month. This one lasted about nine months of extremely LIGHT (seriously, maybe used it twenty times) then it broke.

sprung a big leak wthin 3 months
review update:I really like this hose for the ease of use, how light it is and how easy it is to maneuver. I gave it 1 star because it sprung a leak after light use. However the seller responded quickly and replaced the hose which gives me confidence that this was an anomaly. If all 3 of my hoses last, I will probably come back and give it 5 starsInitially I was overjoyed with the hose and ordered 2 more, it is lightweight and easy to move around. It coils up neatly. However, after 3 months of relatively light use: watering 3-4 times a week on a deck, it sprung a leak. It was not exposed to any sharp objects or roughly treated. I am extremely disappointed as it is now useless. BEWARE

Very disappointed is this product
Based on the reviews, I expected this to be a great product; but it's not. First, the cover snags and gets hung up as it drags across the concrete driveway a sidewalk, but more importantly, it is difficult to use. It doesn't work like any other expandable hose I've had. I turn the water on and let the hose fill up and expand. It appears to expand to the 50 foot hose length I purchased, but as soon as you turn on the sprayer nozzle, the hose doesn't maintain any water pressure in it. It shrinks back up and will barely stretch out to 25 ft. As I said above, I've not had this problem with any previous expandable hose I've owned. I do not recommend this product. Back to a Pocket Hose for me.

Good quality! Best I’ve used so far
I’ve used it for 4-5 months now & left it in my balcony with west side sun. I’ve tried this type of hoses earlier & they don’t last more than a couple of months. This one is amazing. Will surely buy again.
