Jabra 2400 II Duo USB MS BT Bluetooth Headset - Black

If you're looking for a headset to plug in, this works great. It has good quality. The cords are pretty long, there is a clip that you can put on so that you have the amount of cord that you need. The mute button is easy to find, and if you're on a call, the phone icon turns red. The volume can be controlled on that same section. You can switch sides for the microphone, and it's comfortable. I prefer bluetooth headsets as to not be tied down to one spot, however, if you're looking for a nice USB headset - this does the job without spending the extra $ on other Jabra headsets.

I like that the headset works and the buttons for mute work. Peoples voices sound different.

Item had missing pieces it was the second one I ordered very disappointed then wanted me to send it back

Works well enough, just expect a long delivery window. When you press the mute button, don't expect the mic to be automatically muted when you hear the tone. You need to look at the icon if it actually went from green to red or red to green too confirm the mic is on or off.
