Good quality vitamins.

It's great

These vitamins are realy great. Most vitamins don't make me actually feel any better - with these, I can really tell the difference, more energy, better mood. Just don't take the 2nd one too late in the day, or you'll have trouble falling asleep. When I take these, I have no problem making it through a day of housework, riding my bike, anything involving physical activity - even washing windows, which I normally hate to do. So they're a great aid to dieting - they keep you moving, and that's just what I need!

I was glad to see these SOLARAY (IRON-FREE) VITAMIN capsules are SMALL and have NO artificial color. The Solaray brand is known for purity & potency since 1973 (45 years). Their long list of vitamins & minerals on the bottle label is impressive; but since I just received it today, I can't yet personally vouch for its effectiveness. I'll update this review in about a month. However, from all appearances and the overwhelming approval from other customers, this is a great vitamin pill. Certainly the price beats all other top brands on the market. ($14.50 for 120 capsules). They recommend taking 2 a day. And I believe their nutrients are time-released, so you get a balanced distribution of energy throughout the day. I was so excited about this product when it came. My chiropractor suggested it. It definitely gives energy, but for my husband and I both, we got the jitters and our blood pressure elevated. Maybe we will try taking once a day instead of two. Not disappointed in the product, just that it makes us jittery. Maybe our bodies just need to adjust.

The only problem with any twice a day vitamin is remembering the second dose. I will be too busy at work to remember and won't take them after five as I don't want them to keep from going to sleep. Solaray has always made good products and when you take these you get you vitamins throughout the day and not with a mega dose in the morning that tapers off to nothing by 1 o'clock. I have been getting better at remembering the second dose and feel the difference when I do.

I feel great ever since I started taking these. Before I started taking these I was taking some cheap 1 a day vitamins, which are just terrible compared to this. There is no going back, this is the real deal and having it delivered straight to your door beats waiting in line @ Walmart. Highly recommended!
