Way cheaper than buying from brick and mortal respiratory supply store. Great from Amazon if your insurance only pays for 1 of these every 6 months. They don’t last 6 months though. But good if you need to replace every 3 months or so.

They come in a two pack and make great replacements when your head straps break. I've bought several pairs

This was the most cost-effective and perfect replacement headgear yet. Easy to put on an no need for the clips yet but I’m sure as it stretches out I will use them. Definitely buying these in the future.

These work fine. The elastic is strong and seems like it will last a while. Two for a reasonable price. Medicare only lets me get 1 every 6 months from their supplier and it doesn't last 2 months!

First, this is a ResMed knock-off and you pay less, yet some things aren't worth the savings - and in this case can be dangerous if you suffer from severe sleep apnea as I do.Out of the generic packaging these two headgear replacements are new and look almost identical to the ResMed brand - and aside from the missing ResMed imprint looks exactly the same. I thought I found a perfect deal and solution.This product, however, has no elastic agent in the headband - or to be fair, just less. Putting the ResMed version next to this you can clearly see the difference - just by pull on the strands of the head gear. The effect is the headgear does not conform to the back of your head - it fits limply around the back of your head and as I sleep it often just slips down, pulling the nasal pillow off my nose. I have since ordered the ResMed brand, replaced it last night and the elasticity firms holds to my head and ensures the nasal pillow stays in place as I sleep.Here's where the dangerous part comes in. I have awoken gasping and choking, not realizing as this headgear sags behind my head that the seal was lost (and the rest of the headgear is new and from ResMed - so wear is not a factor). Clips are included to help tighten these - yet I don't need the clips for the ResMed branded ones and it's uncomfortable, so in the end the product just doesn't work and this product is a danger to consumers.In the end, this headgear is medical equipment - and most likely is unregulated in production. I also take great issue that this is branded using the ResMed name in title which feels like false advertisement ("Replacement Headgear for The ResMed Airfit P10 Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask...").Both the vendor and Amazon must be held responsible for the product they sell. Moreover, they should be legally responsible for medical gear knock-offs like this. I'm not a litigious person, yet for anyone who has experienced choking and gasping from an apnea, they understand it can be a life or death situation.I feel so strongly about how this product failed me that I consider talking to an attorney in hopes of getting this product off the Amazon marketplace so that others don't face accidental death because of its failure.If anyone from Amazon or the vendor reads this, contact me - I want to hear how you are testing and producing this product and what safeguards and quality standards are in place to ensure the safety of folks purchasing.
