Buy this and Volume 1 and you'll have all the gothic music that actually matters. You should have some Cure in your collection as well, but for different reasons, they are more Dreamy and Bauhaus is more edgy, But both at times can have the same effect.Get some Susie also, There are just two best of "Once apon a time , and Twice apon a time". Peter Murphys solo stuff is great and his voice is spectacular, at the least get his best of. I had the distinct pleasure of catching the Deep tour in San deigo what a great performance and his band was spot on, saw Love and rockets a year later and they good to. Anyways seems like this unique music has just dissapeared, keep alive listen and enjoy.

Bought as a gift

A must have for any Bauhaus fans collection...Bauhaus black and Bauhaus white, you need them both! If you are not yet a fan, you soon will be with this cd!

It came fast and was what I wanted.

This collection is amazing, bring it all back for us. I am thrilled to hear Hollow Hills, Silent Hedges, and She's in Parties once again. The only track missing on this "best of" is Bela Lugosi's Dead and that is the sad part. For those of you unfamiliar to Bauhaus, they are amounth the original Gothic bands from the 1980's in the UK. Others in the scene are: The Cure, Siouxsie and the Banshiees, The Cramps etc... I think you will like this collection of you like them.

I received all items intact and unspoiled. Package seemed brand new, and all songs playable. No damages or skips to disc

For a Bauhaus man, this is a must have.
