I love a shortbread and these best M&S shortbread by a Mike. They are so light and delicate tasting…. I’ve bought packs and packs of them. Would like them in a tin. Only drawback is that they are over-priced. ….

Nice, but these shortbread biscuits normally come with a demerara crust around the edge, so not quite a nice as it could be.

Does not meet the mark as a shortbread biscuit. That melt in the mouth buttery aftertaste is just not there. It’s a fairly good biscuit but I would not call it shortbread.
