Excellent Product!
A couple of years ago, I was looking for a total body workout. At 55, I was am having some age-related arthritis issues with my back but my job in law enforcement requires mobility. I started attending a CrossFit gym, but due to the unpredictability of my work schedule couldn't make all the weekly workouts. On a public safety income, I was wasting money. So as I was searching the Internet for what I considered CrossFit related workout gear that I could do at home, I researched the Brute Force equipment. It has been a blessing. I have purchased two different size bags and a kettle ball. I downloaded the workout app on my phone and at the end of my day, I perform one of the 20 minutes or less workouts. My flexibility has increased, my weight is down and my cardio has improved.

Best sandbags out there
I am completing my home gym, and these are a great addition. I do HIIT and Les Mills on Demand workouts. They are far more comfortable on the neck/shoulders when doing squats and lunges; the shifting weight of the sand is great for always engaging core. Plus, you don't have the look of a gym that plates and bars give you. I just store these easily in a closet when not in use. I will say, you need two or three of these to work effectively. While the sandbags are adjustable, you wouldn't be able to reasonably change them out during a workout out routine. I bought a light (25 pounds), medium (60 pounds) and a heavy bag (110 pounds). The quality of the bags (materials and seams) is great, and I expect years of use from them. The Brute Force app is also a great daily challenge.

For strength development, look no further.
This is a great tool for developing well-rounded strength. I first considered the bag after adopting a schedule that would not allow for travel to the gym on a regular basis, and this has exceeded my expectations for strength training. Movements like shouldering, carrying, and even some Oly-like movements are an incredible foundation for fitness. Honestly, this bag has made me rethink the barbell's place in my personal fitness goals. With a background in MMA, I really think training with shifting and unstable weight if invaluable. Great tool for developing mental toughness and full-body balance and function.Quality wise, the bag is made of great material and has been dropped already a few hundred times in the last month without spilling or breaking. On the downside, I have my doubts on how long the straps will last after repeated use with 125lbs, but knowing that the bag is just as functional without straps is fine by me.If you're in need of a multifaceted addition to your home gym or looking to add a phenomenal piece of equipment to your professional gym, this is a must-have item. Brute Force offers a free app as well for 2 daily WODs and occasional challenges. Between this, a TRX, and a weighted vest, I doubt I'll ever feel the need for the conventional gym again. Thanks, BruteForce!

Great for a couple of months
The sandbag was great at first. I was skeptical, as it seemed like a glorified duffle bag. When it arrived, my suspicion was confirmed. It is just a slightly thick duffel bag with extra handles. Regardless, I still would have given it 4 stars due to its ability to provide a good workout. However, after a couple of months of it being used a 2-3 times per week, the stitching on the 50 pound filler bag came undone. It has very light thread. Considering the intended use, it should be a lot thicker. I went to buy a replacement filler bad and saw that it was $30. After paying $140 for the glorified duffel bag and the incredibly minimal filler bag not lasting more than 2 months, I couldn't justify paying $30 to replace it.

Great workouts anywhere
Great product. I have a weird work schedule during the month of August which makes it hard to get to the gym. I've been keeping this in the back of my car and getting it out anytime I can get a workout in. Here are my thoughts:Pros:It's tough - a month of punishing use often on concrete and still looks brand new.Easy to switch weights - so it can be 25-50-75lbs depending on what I want.Lots of handles so there are lots of potential movements.Handles are a great size and soft - I don't do really long workouts (20-40min) but my hands don't get too sore from the handles.ConsIt's more of a wish than a con - but wish there was more variation possibilities in weight - my wife would like to use it but the jump from 25-50 is too much for some movements.Overall - a great bag at a great price. You get what you pay for and this is an overall fantastic bag.

the fit for the two fillers is better. If you fill both fillers to max
Years ago I had a Onnit sandbag that someone eventually stole, along with my car. 2 months ago I replaced that with this. Compared to the Onnit bag, the fit for the two fillers is better. If you fill both fillers to max, be prepared to spend some time fitting it both in if you are switching weights between exercises. I since then dumped some sand out to allow the bags to fit with ease.I keep this in the back of my truck and usually hit a quick workout before I start work in the parking lot. (I'm a mechanic so getting sweaty before work isn't a problem). Awesome bag. Handles being dropped from press hight and no tears yet. Took it to the beach once and used it as a sled to drag, but have not and most likely will not use it on the pavement it that fashion. Grips are good, no signs of tearing.

I'm a Huge Brute Force Fan Now. Awesome!!!!
I wanted to add some functional fitness to my weight training program. I found out about Brute Force on Facebook and started researching their products. I ordered the Brute Force Sandbags and purchased through Amazon. The bag came in on time (two day Prime). It is very well constructed and Bomb proof. I went to home depot bought play sand and was ready to go within minutes. I found the App in the App store and downloaded it. Wow. what an awesome workout. just like going to a cross-fit gym but at home. These guys build a great product and an App that supports there products use. I love this bag. Get ready to get fit. Open the app, grab the bag, press start and get after it. i love Sandbag workouts now. I'm definitely going to buy the ball and kettle bag so I can change things ups. Great Job Brute Force.
