Doesn’t matter. They are not comfortable to sleep in. Great for everything else. Soft foam plugs are better for sleeping. Good luck with cancer.

NO. Read the instructions. Each container must be cut in half. Then take 1/2 from each container, knead, poke into ear and remain speechless for 10 minutes.

how soft is the material after it has cured? Is it like hard plastic or does it still have a bit of flex to it?

After the ear plugs cure it has a little flex. It is not like a hard plastic. After mine cured I trimmed the ear canal portion a little as it was a bit long. I also shaped the external part of the ear plugs for a nicer smoother shape. I used a sanding drum in a dremel tool for this.
