Mobile Desktop Tower Computer Floor Stand Rolling Caster Wheels and Adjustable Width from 6 to 10 Inches

This very nice, very sturdy product is completely misrepresented in the description. I have no idea what is meant by "6 to 9 inches" or that the product has 1 fan. What the heck is that all about?? Certainly not this product. Here's some things you should know. Is it worth it? Yes. The X-configuration closes completely and opens up very wide to accommodate any common computer tower. It is made from very sturdy plastic and has the plastic webbing in each arm much like the plastic ramps that are used to drive a car onto for oil changes and such. Hard to tell from the picture, but the product comes with 5 casters: one located at the end of each arm, and one in the center. This help prevent any sagging such a product might experience if the center caster was not included. Casters are easily installed without tools. There are definite clicks one can feel and hear as one opens and closes the arms. I used some petroleum jelly on the tabs on the bottom of the rubber inserts which helped to seat the inserts in place. Also included are 4 rubber dots with short posts that fit into the small holes on the top of each arm -- easily installed and helps provide an anti-slip surface. Tool-less assembly of wheels and rubber inserts takes only a few minutes. I'm using this mobile stand to hold one of the bigger two-battery backup power supplies weighing a measured 25 lbs. Opened up the X bars, placed power supply on the bars, and closed the X bars against the power supply sides. Great fit, rolls around very nicely with those 5 casters. In case you haven't guessed by now, I really like this product. And finally, whoever wrote the description for this product needs desperately to do a major page edit, and do this product some justice.

I purchased this primarily to lift my PC off the carpet. My intention was to reduce the amount of dust my PC would pick up off the ground. This was a simple and cost-effective solution. I have an ATX-mid case. The box includes the stand, five casters, four rubber bumpers for the side of the case, and four rubber bumpers for the underside of the PC. Installation was easy. No instructions were included, and none were required. The stand adjusts easily, and though it does not lock into place it stayed in place when rolled on the casters. The build quality is satisfactory for the price. The plastic is not particularly heavy, but it supports my PC well. I rolled my PC back into place after setting it on the stand and the casters rolled smoothly, especially considering it is one the carpet. I wouldn't purchase this for heavy useage, as I do not think it is constructed well enough for such use; however, for light home use it is a great solution.

I'm using this to keep a 30 pound desktop computer off the carpet. Considering how inexpensive this stand is, I am surprised by its quality. It's all plastic, but the plastic is fairly thick and cleanly molded. Five casters are provided and the snap in firmly with little effort. They don't roll too well, though, but I suspect if they were moved around a fair bit, that would change for the better. If you don't want to use the casters, snap-in smooth plastic end-caps are also included. I had to put down rubber matting on the floor of the stand to keep the computer from sliding on it. It requires some pressure to move it on the carpet, which is expected and desired. All in all, well worth the money. It gets the job done. Jerry

Product does what it is advertised to do. No complaints so far and only took a couple minutes to assemble each one - I was surprised how wide it can expand to... I bought 2 of them for my Rosewill Thor V2 case which is a bit over 9" wide to keep it off the carpet (my previous case stand was too small and a pain when trying to work on my PC). 2 of these hold my case up fine, it rolls well on carpet and is actually wide enough that I can remove the side panels of my case to work on it or just clean it. For $10 each I think it's a good value, glad I picked these up instead of some of the other more expensive ones I was looking into. Build quality is alright, it's plastic and only $10 so I knew what to expect, but it seems sturdy enough for what I need it for. All in all it's a good product and does what it is advertised to do.

Recently I bought a PC Tower and was looking for a X-Shaped Floor Stand with casters and came across this that caught my eyes. I wanted to keep this PC out of the way on the floor under the desk but needed something to keep it up and off the ground. This is the PERFECT solution! It came with the casters (wheels) and rubber pieces attached for grip. I love it when things are this simple, straight forward and effective at a great price! I have nothing but the highest recommendation for this X-Shaped Compact Floor Stand with Casters! And no, I didn't get it for free or at a discount. I paid full price. Hope this feedback helps everyone!!!

I bought this to keep my desktop off the carpet because it is way too large to keep it on the desk. I figured it would feel like cheap plastic, but surprisingly it feels rather sturdy. It is adjustable so different size computers will fit. Mine is large and heavy (weighing in at 20lbs empty), but it seems like it could accommodate an even larger computer. I read a lot of reviews where people struggled to move it across carpets and said it was unstable. However, I've had the opposite experience. I've managed to roll it gently and it did fine. With the wheel in the center and the rubber grips on each side, it feels decently stable. I wouldn't push it from the top of the tower though. Rather, I gripped it from the bottom near the wheels and moved it very carefully. The wheels even rolled well on my very plush/shag carpet. Also, I don't move it everyday, nor do i move it very far. This stand works exactly the way I want it to. It keeps my computer off the carpet and allows air circulation from the bottom. It also moves around fairly easily to allow for easier cleaning.

I purchased it approx 2 years ago. The item lasted less than two years. Pros: Price - I purchased it at $13 but now it is even cheaper! Wheels work ok Cons: The Width is adjustable - supposed to be a good thing, but I think it is too loose. So in my adult household (no children), just pushing it around within a feet or two for less than two years, it broke. It was mainly due to the width of the stand not staying in place - when I try to adjust it back to clip/grasp my desktop in place, it tore apart. Before it broke, my tower case still often fall off the stand or the adjustable width widened by itself. However if you never touch or push it around, it probably may stay it place. I wish there is a lock to keep the width in place/fixed. I believe it would last much longer.

It helps with the dust. Sturdy plastic. I have like 8HDDs in my steel case so it's pretty heavy, and this handles it fine. Wheels still roll on low-shaggy carpet. One thing to consider is this will add a certain amount of width to your case due to the brackets on the bottom that hold your PC from the sides. It's not a full inch but I would expect an inch on each side so you have room to roll it out. (so add 2 inches to the width of your PC). In case you have limited space between a wall and your desk, for example. The next step up is a metal stand, but I dislike them because the metal is never flush to your PC, can be a pain to adjust, can bend, and can block fan openings (depending on your case). But those don't need the extra width. I like the width anyway so the PC has some airspace. I feel like I made the right decision for functionality. It's not very pretty though.

The castors are super convenient and the base is excellent quality with rubber nubs to hold your tower in place. Highly recommend for anyone who needs the extra desk space but doesn’t want to have their tower right on the floor or carpet. Small enough to not detract from tower aesthetic as well.

Awesome product. I wanted something to keep my NZXT 400 off the floor. Fits in well enough for me and it is very convenient especially when I'm changing cables around or cleaning. I have tiled floors so it's moves with ease. Not sure how it'd go on thick carpet though. For me it is solid value for the price.
