This trimmer is by far my favorite trimmer I've ever owned! I've had mine for almost 2 years now and it is the best by a long shot. It gives my beard a solid trim and nice lineup when I need to get close without ever cutting or nicking my skin. I also had an issue a few months ago where one of my docks stopped working. Brio sent me a new one without question. I more recently had the battery stop holding charge and reached out and again the company took care of me. Even when I asked about sending the old device back they told me not to worry and linked me to a few places where I can recycle the old device. I don't often write reviews but when a business goes above and beyond for the customer, I have to do my part. Not only do they have a great product but that level of customer service is top notch and doesn't go unnoticed. If you're on the fence about this device versus another, go with this one. You can trust that they will have your back if you have any issues and they build a solid product (again, BEST TRIMMER I've used and I've used dozens of them over the years).

5 months into owning this product and just about every single guard it came with has broken. The trimmer itself is fine but the guards are really cheap. They are flimsy, annoying the put on, pull hair, and will snap.

After many attempts to find a good all around trimmer, I have to say I’ve landed on this one and I love it. It’s built like a tank. You can feel it when you pick it up. The settings are very adjustable for any contour and any thickness. The attachments are great and go with a nice snap to secure. The battery is who knows how long but I’ve yet to have to put it on the charger since I’ve received it!! That alone is impressive! Quality all the way around! You can’t go wrong with this trimmer for the money, it’s worth every penny.

I like to keep my beard trimmed and shaped up at all times so I bought this trimmer. The attachments that come with it are pretty accurate and seem to be made out of strong plastic so they’re pretty durable. The battery life is incredible and lasts a long time. Charging time is quick as well. There are a few flaws however, such as without using any attachments, it doesn’t get as close to the skin as I would like and would have to consistently pass over the same areas which would give me really bad razor bumps. Other than that though, it's a decent trimmer that gets the job done.

i remember buying this i believe in 2015 or so. it lasted me til this day but dies quick now. so i retuned to buy the same product but it color black instead of the grey i had. it lasts long years, cuts good. i never used the attachments but it does come with many options. the buttons and battery life screen is nice and the rpm change. it comes with brushes to clean it and the blade comes off easily to deep clean it. super easy to use and adjusts to the length you’re wanting. it fits in your hand great as it’s designed perfectly

This thing charges fairly quickly, discharging however is not so easy! I've had it for some time now and use it 3 times a week to trim a 8" long beard. I have only charged it once since purchase and is still over 50%. If you want a charge, sit and forget it, with a clean reliable cut, look no further. I clean the blades and any areas hair might fall but it takes just seconds to so, very well made, you can tell you are holding quality.

I bought this trimmer for my husband for Christmas. Within a few days one of the guards broke. (Looking at the reviews, this seems to be an issue.) We received a new one and once again, the guard broke. Very cheaply made. It’s a $100 trimmer and we expected a lot better. The trimmer itself is very nice and extremely quiet. It’s unfortunate that the guards are weak and break and therefore can’t not be used for a beard trimmer. His last beard trimmer (one from Target for $30) lasted him 10 years with no issues with the guards breaking. Now he will be trying one from the Beard Club. Hopefully he has better luck.

Amazing beard trimmer, the only con which is minor is that it is a bit fiddly to put on the attachments but apart from that this is the best beard trimmer for beards in the market, in my opinion. You will not be disappointed. Great for longer beards and I can see it would be great for shorter beards too!

Absolutely fantastic trimmer and it looks great in all black. I have quite a big beard and have only used this for shaping and getting rid of flyaway hairs, but I can see that it would also be great for shorter beards. Quality build and fantastic battery life, can’t fault it.

Received the trimmer today. I'm very impressed with it but be very careful when using. At different angles can be very sharp. Maybe because it was my first time using the machine. As a lot of the reviews of said which I totally agree with the head attachments take a bit of getting used to. That is my only con. Hopefully I'll get years of use out of this one. Would totally recommend this trimmer.

Even better than expected. Does everything, and is a great piece of kit.
