Happy for now, not too hard to use.
The install is easy and the cable is long enough to reach the electric box before installation, but it is a good idea to prepare some extensions. There are four conductors and feels safe.It is better to remove the door before install to make it less heavy and avoid damaging the glasses on the door. The operation takes a little effort to learn. But it should be obvious after reading the manual. The manual is poorly written but good enough to teach me how to use it. Basically, the <> button is used a lot to start oven and switch between timing modes. The oven only shows time not temperature, which is less convenient than our previous oven. The knobs a little hard to turn and I really worry how long the buttons will last. The lamp seems on all the time during baking and I am wondering whether I can turn it off during baking.

Nightmare
I bought this Cosmo oven in November and in January had to send it back. The oven was cooking at 100 degrees over set temperature every time. I contacted Cosmo appliances to start a warranty claim, sent detailed email with photos showing set temp and the temp in oven, they denied the claim stating that the temperature fell into the acceptable variance. I told them that was crazy and asked them to re-open the claim and sent more pictures, they also had me preform an 80min test on it and it was set at 350 and went to 450 the whole time. Waited again for them to make a decision and the decision was sorry we can't help you, you need to send it back to the retailer....so today I removed the oven I had installed and had retrofitted a cabinet for it. I'm extremely disappointed in this oven and the company and will make sure everyone knows not to do business with them

Numbers on dial wore off
Love this oven it cooks well. However don’t know how to clean the glass very hard to clean. Also the writings on the dial have been worn off. The writings should have been etched into the oven itself. Can’t tell what the temperature is and the cooking method. It’s all a blur

Love it!
I love my Cosmo C51EIX wall oven. I bought this oven as a replacement for a Gaggenau oven that stopped working and my cabinet cut out opening was a very unique size. This oven fits perfectly in the space, is thousands of dollars less and works perfectly! No issues so far. Very easy to set up and once you read the manual to understand the symbols, it is very easy to use! It looks very sleek and modern, for a fraction of the cost! I would highly recommend it!

BUYER BEWARE!!!
The oven lasted just enough time for me to get past the 90 days for a return... worked with Cosmo service for weeks and the closest I got to getting help was a repair scheduler called to ask me what my schedule was and I gave her many days that I was available. She told me she'd let me know and never called back The scheduler had me text a picture of my serial number to her cell phone which was the number she called me from so I sent her a text after a couple weeks asking her when I could get help but she never answered. This giant waste of my time, money and effort; installing the unit, begging for the Cosmo to help me by standing behind their product and fixing it. Now after all that wasted time I have to pull it out of my cabinet, find suitable packing materials for it to be picked up and pay a 20% restocking fee because it was past 90 days (around $120) and start all over finding a suitable replacement. Save yourself a lot of grief and don't risk buy a Cosmo product.

Cosmo Oven
This is a great product for the money. It is a bit difficult to learn how to use and I still have not figured out how to reset the clock after a power shortage, but once you figure out how to use it, it works great. I love the multiple rack positions in the oven

Doesn't hold a constant temperature
I got this oven due to price and fit my space. But I haven't been happy with the inability of it to hold the temperature I set it on. I usually have to decrease the temperature or the baking time or my bake goods will burn. It takes a long time to pre heat too. Pay a little more and buy a name brand.
