Alkaline pack for when limescale isn't an issue, it retains calcium and adds magnesium for clean, mineral-rich water. Clean pack to combat moderate hardness. Softener pack in very hard water areas. All packs reduce Lead, Copper and Chlorine.

When should I change my refills?

Each filter refill is designed to last 200 litres (44 gallons) or 45 days. Whichever comes first.

Will it fit in the fridge?

The Phox V2 is less likely to fit the fridge door. For reference, the product dimensions are: 12L x 12W x 30H centimetres . If you are looking for a pitcher to store in the fridge door, our Phox Wave was designed for this.
