Keeps my toes separated as described, I have one toe that bends inwards and sometimes falls under the next one, this little device keeps it where it should be.

I have two little end toes rubbing together. I think it makes a difference with the discomfort but not 100% sure. It looks like it separates the toes slightly. But where the skin isn't healing I'm not sure if the silicone isn't keeping them apart enough to stop the friction. But I do think it's helped with the comfort somewhat.

Seem to do the job, a little fiddly to get on but once on they have relived pain of toes pressing into one another
