it does help a lot, strongly recommended for healing, will not work instantly every vitamin takes days or weeks or months to work properly, as well as it depends of your body, it is not a miraculous cure, it helps the healing process of the body, do a research on the internet or watch a review of the effect in youtube, but this has work for me, I take it daily for a few months and has help with sickness and energy, as well as if you want to intensify the effect you can mix it with other good vitamins compounds as NAD, resveratrol quercetin, and so on

Energy, diuretic
Hmmmm....very interesting. I believe they do give me energy. Only 4 stars because it is said they are a mild diuretic. Every time I try these there is nothing mild about the diuretic effect. Only take them if close to facilities.
