Sturdy and good looking backpack for pup!
We got this backpack in the XS size for our 8 week old pup so that we could carry her around the neighborhood to socialize her before she was fully vaccinated. It fit her very well when she was 7lb and now she is 14 lb and nearing the end of her time in the backpack. We'll have to size up soon. We love how comfortable she looks in this backpack because it was specifically designed so that the pup would be in the sit position if you use it properly. Now that she's 14lb, her head and neck loll around a bit (also because she's a curious pup and likes to look around). We switch off between carrying her on back pack and using the backpack as a front carrier. Both work very well. We use the side pocket for holding our treat pouch. Very easy to use and we love that there is both a collar/harness clip inside as well as a "locking" feature to the zipper so that the zipper won't accidentally get pulled down when the pup is inside. This one is pretty good for walks, and the same brand as even more heavy duty versions if you're trying to bike/hike with your pup. Love this brand and so glad we had this as part of our pup's early days!

Its cool but could be better
This is an OK product. They are on the same thing here, but then they kinda gave up on the innovation. There’s no way to protect your dog if you fall while riding anything so keep that in mind. Yes people have crushed their dogs with this killing or seriously injuring them. Getting the backpack on can be a challenge depending on where you’re at it flips the dog over if you don’t have the dog on something like a picnic table. It’s not the easiest thing to get your dog into so it’s not convenient to just scoop your dog up and go you have to take time to get your dog and fastened so you definitely don’t wanna take it on and off multiple times a day. This is where they really could’ve done better with us as the back legs have nowhere to go they could’ve easily made a flip Velcro bottom that you could open to expose the back legs so the dog could actually walk. This would make it a lot more useful so the dog could be in the backpack moving around and then you could just close the legs and go off with your dog. With that said, I’m sure company will make that and maybe they won’t be so severely overpriced like this company. The product is decently made for the price. It’s kind of on the cheap side and I can tell will fall apart in a couple years these backpacks range up to $200 and there’s no way ever it’s even close to worth that anything over 60 bucks it’s a rip off it’s just a dog backpack you don’t see regular backpacks going for $200 that are way better than this that you could put your dog inside just the same and cut holes out the top for its front paws so yeah I would skip this unless you really need it

Great product, comfy, runs small, fit our needs perfectly
We knew we were on borrowed time with our 14 year old sheltie and wanted to make some everlasting memories doing her favorite thing: hiking and playing in the creek. Because her little body was getting older, we knew she would need help. K9 sport sack for the win! She was able to hike about a mile before her little legs needed a break and she was very comfortable in the sport sack. Believe me, this dog would’ve told us off if she wasn’t perfectly comfortable. It was also comfortable for the wearer, even my young daughter was able to wear it with ease. I would recommend getting a bigger size than you think, she just fit in the sheltie size bag, but my other sheltie would never fit in it. We got to have our perfect vacation and she was able to fully participate. She made it one month after we came home from this trip before she crossed the rainbow bridge. We are very thankful for this product giving us the ability to enjoy every moment we possibly could.

Too small but nice backpack
I ordered a small size based on reviews but I couldn't get it to close around my 8 1/2 lb chihuahua mix. I'm bummed: the first one I ordered before Christmas got lost in the mail and now I find the size is too small. It was a great discounted price and I love color and design. It'll be the perfect backback if I can get the right fit. Hopefully I can find a sale on the next size up.

Secure Way to Bring My Dog on a Bike Ride
My dog weighs about 12 pounds, has a degenerative back condition, and loves any kind of outing where he can get the wind in his face. I've tried other brands but this backpack provides the most security for my dog. He seems to be comfortable, and really seems to like the way the backpack positions him high up on my shoulders so he can see over them. It is reasonably comfortable for me as well. I use it to take my dog on bike rides, which works well because I lean forward over the handle bars which improves his view of the world and makes him feel more like he is riding on top than behind. It can be a little challenging to get him into the backpack, but I think this is a reasonable trade off for the security it provides. It has adjustable straps to keep the sack from unzipping and to support the dog's back. One final note to the young men who might be considering this product: a cute dog in this pack riding on your back will definitely get you noticed by the young ladies!

Received TWO Defective Backpacks. STAY AWAY-LOOK ELSEWHERE.
FIRST BACKPACK: Everything fit nice on my 11 pound mini dachshund (which is a normal weight), but then I noticed a big tear in the seam on one of the shoulder straps… I like the bag, so I requested for a replacement and it came quickly. SECOND BACKPACK: Again, everything was fine until I went to zip up my dog and the zipper completely broke! It came clean off! I didn’t use any force at all! Good thing this happened when my dog was laying on the bed, in the bag and not outside on a walk at my head height (that’s a horrible accident waiting to happen especially for a dachshund)! And this was right out of the package, never used! Extremely disappointed. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. QUALITY AND ESPECIALLY SAFETY FOR THE DOG IS NOT A PRIORITY FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Overall works great
This bag took a few times to get the hang of getting my boy into it and onto my back. I have a heavy boy - Frenchie at 33-solid-pounds. He's like a kettle bell. He's also taller than most frenchies with an 18-inch back length, 17-inch neck and 25-inch chest girth. My boy also likes to stand, he's not much of a sitting dog, so in his bag he stands up a lot. The bottom of the bag has a nice solid block, which is perfect for my boy, since he likes to stand. If you've got a heavy pup I recommend having a friend help you put your dog on your back, or using the table method. The first time I went out, it was around 35-degrees cold outside so I was wearing a wool coat and had him on my back, biking. THAT WAS PROBABLY THE HARDEST BIKE RIDE I HAVE DONE IN A LONG WHILE. I was regretting it after 3 blocks uphill...SO MUCH SO, that the ride back, I opted for the bus back home. Second time I took him out (2 days later) it was a nicer 65 degree weather day and I didn't need to wear a coat. THAT RIDE WAS SOOOO MUCH EASIER! I've included photos of both rides. It took me a few times to get the hang of getting him inside the bag, (for him too) but by the time I did it 6 or 7 times in and out the bag - we both had it down to a science and its way less awkward. I'd practice with your pup before you go out. The other thing about this is - if your dog likes to stand (like mine) be sure you don't mind your dog being above your head. They are meant to be positioned slightly above your shoulders anyway, but if you've got a dog that likes to stand - be sure you're not going to be bothered. On my second bike ride, my boy was more comfortable and I could feel him standing up taller and taller - at one point he had moved both paws to one side of my shoulder, so he was sitting over my shoulder hanging out. LOL. I didn't mind it at all, but my partner kept asking me if it was okay because it looked like it wasn't comfortable. Also, be sure to cinch so your pup is secure (not cut off) and thread the collar strap through the zipper loop and secure him to the carabiner. That gives you comfort that your dog won't suddenly jump out of the bag while you're riding or hiking. Also, I noted that the tag for the bag looked a little different than the actual product. the Lumbar strap is actually lower that shown. But also, the lumbar strap doesn't do much for me, since my boy stood about 90% of the time in the bag.

Lo vale ☺️
Me encantó!

Cute dog backpack
I ordered a large for my 25lbs Frenchie, I think I could have size down but it still works great! I haven’t been on long walks yet but my dog is not complaining during our test drive haha. Quality of the backpack is very nice.

Pawfect for Hiking with My Frenchie!
I got the Sack Trainer for my 20 lb Frenchie, and it’s perfect! Getting her into the carrier is definitely a two-person job—not going to lie—but once she’s in, she’s secure and comfortable. One tip: after your dog is in the carrier, make sure to tighten all the straps so everything fits properly and stays in place. My pup feels snug without getting overheated, and she loves being able to see over my shoulder. We got so many compliments from people we passed on our hike! Highly recommend!

Quality material, fits well.
Very happy with purchase, after many months of use. Quality stitching, zippers and materials. The secondary lower strap to support your dogs hind legs and lower back is a game changer, especially if your dog suffers from arthritis and benefits from being securely strapped. Other carriers I’ve tried did not have this. The straps fit well, are adequately padded and allow the carrier to be high enough so that your dogs head can rest on your shoulder. If I had to change anything I would add storage pockets on both sides (only one side has one) with a zipper.
