Within 24 hours we will email back to you with a sketch work for your final approval. Sometimes it may not be necessary to request your final approval if you did a great job with ’s simulation tool and everything is in right place, clear and understandable for us. It’s a great tool to finalize your artwork and eliminates a lot of problems. You can downsize or blow your images, perfectly place your text/message to where they should go or adjust font type and size. General practice is (as seen on sample images) to clip out the true human figure(s) on your photo and clear everything in the background and laser engrave them in Black & White inside the crystal block UNLESS otherwise requested in an additional e-mail to us (@crystalflorida.com ). Please let us know if anything has to be left in our photo other than the true humans. PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD VERTICAL IMAGES FOR HORIZONTAL ITEMS OR HORIZONTAL IMAGES FOR VERTICAL ITEMS. Refreshing Experience!
At first I wasn’t sure about this company because it had no reviews yet. I happen to be a person that lives and dies by reviews but, I was turned on by the shapes and large size crystal etchings. So, I took a chance! Well, I need to say, I couldn’t be happier with this company! From beginning to end I was impressed with their quality service and artistic impression. We had issues with our photograph and we worked out a solution by using a different photo, isolating and blowing up the subjects. Perfection! Plus, not to mention, they said to expect it from December 23- January 6. I was super surprised by the package getting her on the 19th giving me time to ship them in time for my family to receive them by Xmas. I’ve been experiencing such bad and unfriendly service lately and I was refreshed by this company and I’m proud to write their first excellent review.
