Please stay away from this cutter!!!!
I hate myself ordering this item. the following are the problems;1) The jaw is barely large enough for 3/4" PVC pipe (thin pipe, not sche 40), not 2"2) It is very cheap build, the frame looks solid, but the ratchet does not work. it keep slipping.3) The blade is so cheap made and dull, it does not cut any PVC pipe at all. I tried to test with thin PVC 3/4" pipe and after 2 minutes of struggle, I gave up. The blade would not even start at all. Never seen this cheap cutter, p$#%@o%^&@@s^&$!After first try, I called Amazon CS and got refund and dump the whole tool to trash bin, not worth of time to play with it

2" is an exaggeration
Not likely this will cut a 2" PVC pipe. The 2" pipe won't fit the opening.

ITEM WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED
THE PIPE CUTTER IS ADVERTISED AS BEING ABLE TO CUT 1/4" TO 2" PIPE. WHAT I RECEIVED WAS A CUTTER THAT WOULD ONLY CUT UP TO 3/4". SENT IT BACK FOR A REFUND.NO SENSE RATING SOMETHING I CAN'T USE.
