I like this. It's exactly what I anticipated receiving. It's a simple ceramic mug with a silicone sleeve instead of a handle. It's not double walled, so it does get hot when you put boiling water into it. It cools to a comfortable temp fairly quickly. It has a basic lid that is not leak proof, but protects you from splashes or dribbles. I wouldn't recommend giving it to kids or using it while you base jump, but if you're making yourself a nice cup of tea to sit down and enjoy, this is a very cute and comfortable mug.

I bought this mug six years ago and have used it pretty consistently since then. It still looks perfect. And I get happy when I use it. I see an lot of complaints on here about heat retention. This is not an insulated mug. It's just a cute ceramic coffee mug with a silicone cover that makes it easy to hold. This company does have heat-trapping tumblers, but these are just mugs. As it says in the description. So it seems silly to complain about something not being an entirely different product.

Others have stated that the mug isn't insulated, so your coffee cools quickly. The other consequence of poor insulation, though, is that it's hot to the touch. I bought this for my wife to replace her old to-go coffee cup which broke - and she can't even hold it without an additional sleeve or at least a paper towel when the coffee is fresh. It's too hot to even hold. It may not claim to be insulated, but what's the use of a "silicone sleeve," if it's so thin it doesn't protect the person holding it? Worthless for hot beverages unless your hands are made of asbestos.

Its beautiful to look at, I got the ivory color one. It looks great with my other cups in the kitchen because being ceramic and color and design. Did I mention? It is VERY soft to the touch. Perfect for cold drinks. It fits in the car cup holder and it is the perfect size for my lunch bag. I love the ceramic feel on my lips, I dislike stainless steel.Problems are: How hot it gets with coffee/tea, heat retention and leakage. When I drink tea or coffee, I can’t hold it until the drink cools off somewhat. It burns my hands. Once the drink cools off some, I love to hold it because it is super soft on the outside. My lid leaks too.

I've been on a mission to find the perfect cool looking travel mug for work. It looked great, it was my style, fit inside the smallest coffee maker at work, and it got plenty of compliments at work.I tested it out for a few days and noticed it would not retain warmth for longer than 30 minutes. It might be good if you wanted to quickly finish coffee, but if you forget about it it will be cold by the time you finish it. I wanted something that I could confidently throw in my bag. You cannot do this with this mug, the lid will leak if held upside down. It does work if you finished your drink and have a small amount of liquid sitting in it, then you'll be okay having it sit right side up in your bag. I did find a replacement lid "1 Wine Tumbler Silicon Lid 12 oz Spill Proof" it virtually makes the mug spill proof, but detracts from the its look.So the greatest draw back for me is that it doesn't stay warm. I will be looking for vacuum mugs instead. So far everything that checks my criteria looks boring. I just got a Fellow Carter Everywhere Mug, it seems promising. I also ordered a Fellow Carter move Mug that comes with a splash guard. The issue is both don't have a splash proof drinkable lid, hopefully one day I'll find the perfect mug for me. It's hard to do that all while being under 5inches in height!

Got this to use with the coffee/tea machine at my office that only works with shorter mugs because we are encouraged to use mugs with a lid and I did not want to use a disposable mug every day. I have been very happy with this product. It holds 9 ounces of tea, keeps it warm for several hours while also insulating to protect my hands from the heat, and prevents splashes when I walk. It's also dishwasher safe. I also like the subtle design which is appropriate for the office, but has a little bit of character.

The cup is super cute and the materials are good quality but it offers no insulation so the coffee gets cold in minutes.

I originally bought a pink terrazzo 16 oz tumbler but ended up returning it because I really wanted the cream terrazzo which was out of stock at the time. Glad I did. I ordered the cream when it was back in stock and I think is a bit thicker and more substantial compared to the pink. A lot of reviews mention that it is thin and gets really hot when pouring tea water in. Hopefully this new batch is a little better about that. I use it primarily for coffee so that is not an issue for me. I wanted a portable mug that was ceramic and microwaveable which is surprisingly hard to find. This checks all my boxes so I am happy with it. I don’t have a dishwasher and it has held up well with hand washing. I try to avoid using metal spoons to stir my drinks because they mildly scratch the bottom. I use chopsticks as an easy substitute. Other reviewers who marked it lower have legitimate complaints (especially for the price) but for my intended use the mug is attractive and functional.
