These are easy to drink out of the pouch and the pouch is a convenient size.

Sehr angenehm und lecker im Geschmack. Nehme die Gels immer zum laufen ( >10km ) mit und bin echt begeistert ! Verzehre diese auch ohne Wasser , das ist überhaupt kein Problem . Kann man echt weiter empfehlen
