This must be one of the best water filters I haver used. Easy to fill (great idea having the top open). Larger than normal filter. Pours easily. Would highly recommend as our water in North Norfolk is very hard.

After getting the last 'nidel' or version of this filter jug, I had to upgrade it to this newer one. Easy to clean, tastes great after filtration, very functional and easy to use, simple and easy way of keeping track of how many times you use the filter thanks to the click counter built in to the lid of the jug. Awesome bit of kit seems a lot sturdier than the old model and has rubber feet. Half the price if not more than half of branded competitors. Good size on it as it fills my coffee machine water tank off 1 fill. Honestly, I wouldn't be spending a penny more on anything else after getting this. Absolute bargain and well worth the price.

I bought this after reading a lot of reviews and was a bit skeptical, writing this after several months of use, it works well. The water tastes clean with no aftertaste, the filter does its job effectively, and the jug itself is sturdy and holds a good amount of water, fits nicely in the fridge door too. The downsides are that you have to wait for the water to fully filter, otherwise unfiltered water comes out while pouring. The lid feels flimsy and not very solid, and I’m not sure the little “clock” indicator on top works properly. Overall, an okay product, good value for money, but not perfect.

Very pleased with water filter, works very well have just bought a one cup ketyle so use it for that hopefully the filtered water will help with li.escale. Came on time and as descrobed so all ok.

This jug is not designed to fit in the fridge door or my fridge is too small! It scraps the plastic of the jug and my fridge every time I put it in or take it out and I have a hotpoint tall fridge freezer as common as… not amused I’ve recently bought a new one and that is fine… I wouldn’t mind I only started using it in April 2025!

I have been the owner of BRITA jugs for years and I have found that the quality of the water and the price of the filter cartridges do not convince me at all. 2 weeks ago I started looking for a new brand. I looked through a lot of YouTube reviews and found this one to be the best, with the exception of the ZeroWater, which costs millions for new filter cartridges. Also my brother has been using Aquaphor for over a year and he recommended me a couple of times so I bought it. It's amazing. The design of the jug is beautiful, the water quality is even better. I like the idea of ​​a manual timer that reduces from 100% with every fill. Moreover, the price is amazing. What not to love?

I used to have Brita one for long time, but decided to try this one. It’s convenient and faster to filter than Brita (not sure if this indicates that filter is less effective tho). It holds more water then Brita one for the same capacity and keeps filtering even when close to the limit, which I like. One cone I found so far is that top moving parts of the lid are hard to clean because of the different levels.

Sono sempre stato a favore dell'acqua del rubinetto, ma purtroppo a Roma si sente troppo il cloro ed durissima piena di calcio. Così ho deciso di provare questa caraffa Aquaphor leggendo le recensioni molto positive e le caratteristiche di durata e filtraggio delle cartucce A5. Eh sì perché il punto forte sono le cartucce A5 che hanno una durata fino a 350litri in un tempo consigliato di 2 mesi ed una ottima capacità di filtraggio. Su youtube si trovano alcuni test comparativi tra vari sistemi e i risultati sono sempre molto positivi. Ma a parte questi dati tecnici, quello che conta è che l'acqua filtrata è davvero molto più buona. Non si sente più il cloro ed è effettivamente dolce e morbida al palato. Anche facendola bollire mantiene la limpidezza grazie al fatto che non ha più tutto quel calcio che aveva prima. La capienza della parte alta è 1,3, ma la parte sotto arriva fino a 1,5 litri, quindi potete aggiungere anche un altro po' di acqua e considerarla come una classica bottiglia di plastica (c'è anche la tacca di riferimento 1,5lt.). Completamente soddisfatto, la consiglio.

I've had several water filter jugs, from Brita to Brother, and even the ridiculously expensive Larq, which is a total waste of money. I chose this one for the long, multi-layer filter. The water tastes great and it is the only one to completely eliminate the white scale from our kettle. No other filter has done this and I no longer have to d'escale our kettle. If that's not the best proof of it working. I don't know what is. Will stick with filter for now on. It's affordable and the carafe is large enough to fill the coffee pot.
