⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Little Tikes Cape Cottage Pretend Princess Playhouse Review We absolutely love the Little Tikes Cape Cottage Pretend Princess Playhouse! It is the sweetest little playhouse and perfect for imaginative play. The colors are adorable and give it that true “princess cottage” feel without being over the top. Assembly was pretty straightforward and didn’t take too long. The pieces snapped together well and it feels sturdy once put together. It’s lightweight enough to move around the yard or even indoors if needed, but durable enough to handle everyday play. My little one loves opening and closing the door and windows, and it’s the perfect size for toddlers and young kids. It encourages creativity and independent play, which is always a win! If I had to mention anything, it’s that it’s best suited for younger children (toddlers to early elementary age), but that’s exactly what we needed. Overall, I would definitely recommend this playhouse for anyone looking for a cute, durable, and fun outdoor (or indoor) play space for their little princess! 👑✨

The cutest cottage, perfect for a toddler! I will say it’s a little tricky to put together because the plastic is kind of flimsy but all in all it was worth the purchase and we have a happy little one that is getting good use out of it

Like others have said, you have to manage expectations. This is not like the robust play houses from the days of old, so be prepared to get cheap quality for the cheap price. I was really surprised at how incredibly flimsy the walls were but it felt sturdier once assembled. My 15 month old loves it, it was easy to put together by myself, and it's easy to move around. I have it outside for now but will probably move it under cover once it snows.

When I tell you reconstructing my home office into my daughter’s play area has been a project I mean just that but every bit of worth it. She loves it I can’t keep her out of it lol she literally thinks she has her own house lol. Please just check all your parts for damages before assembling & save yourself some trouble. I didn’t realize I had a damaged panel until the house was 80% assembled, little tikes was super sweet about getting me a new panel sent out and the flag pole piece that was not in the box. Everything you see here except a few things was purchased on Amazon to put her play area together. I hope you parents love it as much as I do, you’ll get some me time!

This is a staple for the back yards of kids across America. I was delighted to gift it to my grandson for his 3rd birthday. When his auntie was his age, she had a miniature version for her LIttle Tikes doll house! I wish I could find it now. It did blow down the hill at our son’s house - but it was a windy day. You might want to figure a way to affix it if it’s movement in wind could be an issue. Otherwise it’s a fun addition to the yard, inspires creative play for kids. It was easy to put together and one won’t really be able to judge durability for a few years.

I bought this playhouse for my son's 3rd birthday and it's been a total success. He absolutely loves it! I really like that the windows and front door opens and closes, it keeps him entertained and gives him his own little "house" to play in. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to assemble. It’s also fairly lightweight, which makes it easy to move around the yard. The only minor issue I noticed is some slight discoloration in the plastic—a sort of marbling effect—that looks like a manufacturing flaw. (see picture) However, it doesn't affect the sturdiness or the fun at all. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it for a toddler's birthday!

Estuve buscando muchas casas y este diseño me encantó, sobre todo por los comentarios que dicen que dura mucho porque es de plástico, Dure 30min en armarla, realmente es fácil cuando lees los instructivos, Me llegó en perfecto estado, todas las piezas completas, solo dañe una pieza en el armado por confiarme y no leeré las instrucciones, viene con las piezas exactas así que antes de armar lean bien. Solo ocupas un destornillador como herramienta adicional, este diseño para mi es un 10/10.

My 15 month old grandson is obsessed with this playhouse. Plays in it all day long

Santa got this for the kiddos during a sale and it sat with a blanket draped over the box until Xmas Eve. Elves had a simple job of assembly - took less time than wrapping all the other gifts! 4 months later, it’s holding up well. My kids are hard on their toys; this has had its windows and doors slammed over and over, my 3 year old has full-on flipped the whole thing in a meltdown on a couple of occasions, they hit and kick and bang on the walls with toys, and it still looks the same as when we assembled it. Please note it is used for indoor use - if you had it outside or in direct sunlight, the stickers would likely fade a bit.

Kids absolutely love it. Easy to put together, even had my 4 and 3 year olds help. After a year and a half, it has held up great between being outside in the summers and inside during the winter.
