Get Tom Hopkins’ books for that. “When Buyers Say No” is specifically to teach you how to move the sale to the end where you get the order!I highly recommend this book.

This is another great book by Tom Hopkins. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for ways to handle "no".
