This muffin pan is exactly as described...as long as you follow the instructions in the guide book things work well. My only complaint is that baked goods don't tend to brown in the pan, and because you have to let baked goods cool in the pan for 10 minutes, the texture is wetter than I personally like (I usually flip my muffins up immediately after cooking to let excess steam escape for a more crisp edge....that doesn't quite work with this pan). Clean up is very easy and I've had no problems with my doughs sticking. If I could find a metal muffin tin that fit this mold, it would solve my browning problem completely so that is what I will try to do. Everything else about this pan is wonderful.

Using and cleaning this cupcake pan is really easy. As long as you follow the instructions it will not stick and get hard on the bottom like other "non-stick" pans. My only issue is the extreme flexibility of the pan. You still have to put a cookie sheet underneath the silicone pan to provide stability. It would be almost impossible to place in and out of the oven without that and not create a mess.

Second review (if I am allowed to do this) . For those who say muffins do not rise, try this. Set the oven 25 degrees higher and cook the first 5 minutes (only) at that temp. Finish cooking at the temp in the recipe, maybe minute or two less. Watch so they don't burn.. I love these pans !! Before, my muffins stuck in the paper liners or made a mess in the metal pan. I have a recipe for bran muffins and I add lots of fruit. The berries can leave a sticky juice. Not a problem for these pans. You do need to let the muffins cool a bit and then gently go around them with a dull knife and lift out. If you try to take them out too soon they will break.

Love it! Changed my meal prep forever. You have to use this at 425 Fahrenheit or it won’t work properly (in my experience). Just adjust cooking time accordingly.No weird smell or taste like others. Super easy to clean (still grease before baking). Don’t forget to put on baking pan before filling and during bake.

I bought this to make breakfast egg cups for my kids. I tried using a traditional muffin tin and it was a mess to clean up, even with the cups greased, and the muffins broke trying to get them out. So I ordered this, and made the next batch in it. It was awesome. The muffins popped right out and were a lovely shape. This thing was a breeze to clean. I have only made a handful of batches in it, so I can't speak to the longevity of this product. It was a bit floppy, so I had to make sure to put it on a cookie sheet before filling it. But it works great for making breakfast egg cups.

I tried out this "Muffin Pan" using one of my recipes for corn muffins. Like one of the reviewers said, only the muffins around the edge of the pan rose like normal and the ones in the center were flat. Any feedback on why this would be? I put the muffin pan on a baking sheet as advised and used a spray on the silicone. No problem getting the muffins out and and the silicone cleaned up beautifully. Hope to get some feedback on this product.

This makes all the metal cooking items, history and much safer to use. Most of all get a very well written attachment on how to use this wonderful item to the max. Every family should have two, if not three to get the most out of their oven, and not waste that elect. Fast cooling, wipe out use again. Sits on any sheet or cookie tray to cook. Being super clean kitchen at all times. Cleaning is so easy, everything just flacks off, no scrubbing, no build up that makes one crazy. I am now willing to try all the different ideas, like cooking an egg in it and layer cheese over it. That would make one throw away that metal pan. This is a dream to use and I say good riddance and hello Silicone. We got more, now have three sets.

I received an e-mail from them before I even received my muffin pan, offering me advice on how to use and clean the pan and even recipes!I've used the muffin pan once so far - I made mini omelets. Pan was superb to work with: mini omelets popped right out of each depression, leaving nothing but a slight cooking spray film behind. Each one was thoroughly and evenly cooked. They looked as great as they tasted!Clean up was super easy - swished the pan around in a sinkful of soapy water, rinsed, and air dried. Done.I couldn't be happier with this product!!Oh - and no plastics mixed with the silicone - I did the "pinch test" and it is 100% silicone.
