Glucosamine

My husband and I were having serious knee pain. It was so difficult for us to sleep at night because of the discomfort that we started to sleep in different bedrooms to give each other a chance to rest when we could. We started taking this product and by the following day I noticed a difference. My husband took an additional day or two to see a significant difference. By the end of four days I wasn't taking Naprosyn anymore which I had been taking daily even though I don't like to. It's my last resort pain reliever. My husband had been taking Naprosyn as well but we've both been able to stop! I also had been limiting going up or down our staircases and when I did I used my "good" knee to do it. Very slow going. By the time we reached the end of the bottle I was able to do a few stairs with both legs. I'm looking forward to the next bottle. Maybe it will help my elbow pain and his shoulder pain too. I wouldn't have believed that anything could work so quickly and so well but it sure did! I can't convey how grateful we both are for this product and that we took a chance on it. Great product! I now want to try more of your products. P.S. We're back to sleeping in the same room again! 😁

I suffer from osteoarthritis in my left knee. I am always in pain because I'm bone on bone and need surgery. I have prolonged this surgery due to insurance and not being able to meet a high deductible. I was sitting at my desk one day goggling products that would have me with my atrocious knee pain daily. I saw this product and decided to give it a try because of it having turmeric and a few other ingredients. I must say that on week two, I'm walking better with very minimum pain. I live on the second floor in an apartment building and it has been much easier climbing the stairs without taking a pause and dreading the climb. I also take the supplement at intervals during the day. it requires three tablets a day, I do one in the morning, midday and evening, just because of the size of the pill... I would recommend this product to anyone suffering from knee pain. my range of motion has gotten better since taking this.

I originally bought this product for my mom, but the tablets were too large. Instead of sending it back I decided to try it for myself since I have some pain and inflammation in my shoulder. I've been using this product for about 2 weeks and I've noticed a difference, the inflammation as well as the pain has decreased considerably. I have more mobility in the morning and throughout the day. I do wish the tablets were smaller, but for the price and the benefits I can work around them. I recommend this particular product for pain, inflammation and joint mobility.

I had heard about glucosamine and turmeric years ago when I was playing tennis 3-4 time a week during my 50's.I didn't see the need of it then. Now, in my seventies, I was diagnosed with arthritis in my right knee. Although I no longer play tennis I found my condition limiting my ability to continue with my Tai-Chi and Kung-Fu. As an experiment and after doing my research, I decided to purchase my first bottle. That was maybe 5 months ago. I have since purchased the product four more times and it has led to a significant improvement in my mobility, a reduction in swelling and less pain. I am not aware of any adverse side effects and believe that the product has made a difference. I am committed to remaining active and OTC products such as this are a better option for me than injections. I would recommend the product and plan on continuing to use it.

At 66 years young and after a lifetime of dirt bikes, snowmobiles and skiing with several broken bones and surgeries I'm paying the price everyone said I would.For the past few years my doctor recommended I take Glucosamine,chondroitin and Turmeric. I have, and it has definitely helped my aches and pains. I was using another brand and powdered Turmeric with pretty good results but the Turmeric tasted terrible no matter what I mixed it with. On "bad" days I would have to step it up with Aleve to get any relief. Felt like I was eating Aleve like candy:not good! Asked my Orthopedic surgeon about the Purely Optimal combination and he said to give it a try. So glad I did! No,it's not magic,but it really does work.The best part is I very RARELY need to take the Aleve even after a full day in the mountains. Thanks for a great product......you keep making it and I'll keep buying it. PS,I do NOT miss the Turmeric teaspoon -a-day

I’ve taken different glucosamine MSM products in the past and I took them every day for several months in order to reap some of the benefits. I know there is science and research out there about how glucosamine works as well as studies saying it doesn’t. I’ve heard from several employees that I work with all in their 50’s and 60’s who swear by tumeric working. I stumbled across this product and it had everything in it that I’ve been looking for in joint supplement and the dosage is great. I’m 34 and I’m very active in terms of sports and fitness. I’ve got arthritis (not too bad) and after using this product consistently (not missing a day) for a few weeks my joints feel better. It’s not a cure all fix all, but it definitely does offer noticeable relief to my everyday way of life. I would personally recommend it to anyone looking for some relief, or at least to give it a try. But be consistent and patient with it. It’s takes time to build up in your system. I will certainly start replacing my other supplements with this brand in the future.

Use this daily for joint pain. Definitely helps with my joint pain. Would definitely recommend for anyone with joint pain.
