This works!! It’s super easy to use. You definitely sweat A LOT. It is shockingly comfortable. I noticed it helped with my form during workouts and I’m also sitting up straighter when I don’t have it on. I take it off when I abs. Highly recommend.

AMAZING!! Will be buying the workout enhancer, BUT IT IS NOT NEEDED! Your core will DEFINITELY sweat and it is super comfortable! I am 5’3 215 lbs. I have a 10 inch width between the top and bottom of my midsection (I pre measured) and the width of my waist is 37 so I have a little extra length but it’s perfect!! 10/10!!!!!! Only adjusted once during workout but I didn’t need to I just wanted my little fupa to sweat! Hope this helps!

LISTEN UP when i leave reviews they are real!!! This is absolutely the best sweat belt in the world! I have purchased many in my lifetime but don’t nothing work for the big back like this!!! When i say it immediately made me sweat I’m so serious!! I love the lightweight material and the extra strong Velcro it has! It doesn’t roll up at all! It’s really a nice size so it covers your whole torso!! Ladies it doesn’t give the U.G.L.Y bulges at the top of the back by the braw. It covers every roll seriously. I bought it a size bigger just so i can wrap it a lot and the adjustability i want. Definitely worth every penny if you want to unbig your back and belly!

I know this may not be the most popular opinion or the intended primary use case for this product, but I personally found it helpful for temporary waist measurement reduction and sweat-focused preparation goals. The belt definitely increases heat and sweating around the core area during workouts or activity, and for short-term appearance or measurement-related purposes it can absolutely make a noticeable difference. I do think people should understand, though, that products like this are not magically burning fat directly on their own. A lot of the immediate effect comes from water weight and increased sweating rather than permanent fat loss. However, for certain short-term goals or niche preparation situations, that can still be useful. The material itself felt durable enough, and it stayed in place reasonably well during use without constantly shifting around. I did not really use it for the standard “fitness influencer” style marketing purposes, but more as a practical temporary compression/sweat-enhancement tool for specific situations where reducing measurements slightly was beneficial. Overall, while buyers should keep realistic expectations, I still found it useful within that niche purpose and would recommend it for people looking for that specific type of temporary sweat and compression effect.

This absolutely helps me sweat more around my midsection during workouts, which is exactly why I use it. I really like it for that purpose. Just have realistic expectations: it isn’t permanently changing your figure or magically making your waist smaller. As a workout/sweat belt, though, I love it.
