I mill the seeds and make flour out of it adding some to my whole grain flour of wheatberry, Spelt, millet, and lentils. Makes great bread flour.

Grows fast
Bought for my bunny. He enjoyed it. Grows very fast. Didnt come with as much as I thought it would.

Seeds didn't
I soaked the seeds for a couple hours then potted in a round clay pot. Out of all the seeds I used only half grew. I kept the soil moist not soaked. I also used good soil n the sun was sufficient. What bother me is that some areas developed white mold. I decided to throw the whole thing away. I will try definitely try again.
