The pads have a good sticky underside to them. The wideness at the back is great for absorbing when you're sitting. These pads would be good for women with heavy periods.

Recent bladder prolapse issue still unresolved by Mainstream Medical System leaves me with serious incontinence, a bladder physically hanging out of my body most of the time, lots of pain, etc. It is beyond simple leakage, it is virtual downpours of urine at any given time. Finding this product has given me some semblance of sanity and comfort. I feel like my private areas are floating blissfully on a cloud. No chafing. The gell does EXACTLY what it is supposed to do: immediately traps the urine while the top layer remains dry. The gel does not become hard as a rock. Full coverage front to back. Adheres perfectly to underpants with extreme ease of removal leaving no remnants of adhesive or plastic behind. Also prevents any odors from emanating from soiled pads. Trash can doesn't even smell at all:no urine, no mustiness, no funk. When my bladder let's loose, it is like Niagar Falls, not a simple trickle, yet with that much urine, these pads hold it long enough to get me onto the commode and drop the used pad directly into my trash can next to me. The can has no lid. Still there is NO ODORS emanating from it; which means, I can wait until the bag is full of soiled, thoroughly soaked pads before I need to take the trash out to the dumpster. Very important when you can't get that far away from your toilet to even dump your trash outside. I live alone, so there is no help or salvation coming to rescue me from this situation. The product was very good as I have used Prevail for years now. The only thing is I don't like the big flap at the end by your rearend. Good deal for the money!!

I recently switched brands. I was very unhappy with the change Tena made with their pads. The outside covering with the adhesive was now fragile. It would split easily and white fluff would fall out. I decided to look around for something better. I was pleasantly surprised with Prevail. I am a plus size woman, and I use the overnights all the time. These are big pads, but they work for me. Tena was ok before the change, but since trying Prevail, I will never go back. The overnight shape is similar to Tena only better fitting. The adhesive is great. It holds strong but can be moved if needed without tearing. They are not as thick as Tena, so no bunching. So far I am very satisfied with the absorption and comfort. Both are improvements. I am so glad I took a chance with this brand. Very satisfied.

First let me say I'm not a large person, 5'4" and 145 pounds. What I really liked about these pads was the length and the sleek design. However, no matter how the pad was adjusted or placed, it would leak even if I wore it for day use it would leak the smallest amount on the sides or "bubble up" towards the back. I never really felt sure or confident that I was safe. I also felt that I was using way more pads than the pads I was using before (Prevail Maximum) and I also felt the Prevail Maximum stayed in place and absorbed better.

These Pads do a great job of protection. I like the wide adhesive strip that helps prevent bunching.
