I purchased this in February 2017 and it is still going strong, no signs of any wear or tear, so I don't know what everyone else is doing with theirs! I wear it all the time, apart from when I am charging it up and I use it for exercising, running, walking, yoga and zumba, I always make sure I regularly clean it and check for any damage just in case though. I am going to make another purchase, but in a different colour!

Hi, I’m not sure how to contact you apart from this way! In March of this year I purchased a band from you, upon arrival and using it I can tell no difference between your band and the original Fitbit one! Good quality and feels nice, attaches to my Fitbit easily! However I would like to request a replacement band under the 18month warranty guarantee that you give due to the metal detachment on one of the sides of the strap has fallen off. It is the bit that accompanies the part helps your watch go through the size holes and stay in place. Other than this I have no fault with the product and would recommend!

This band is great. I bought one which looked fantastic. Unfortunately one part of the strap broke but the sellers were fantastic and sent me a brand new one straight away for no extra cost and it has been working fantastically. Thanks so much!

Great for the price. Great seller, first strap wasn't a great fit, but I was sent a replacement free of charge. This strap is great and is a perfect fit. Very happy 😊

Not quite the same colour as the original plum but not necessarily a bad thing either. Great value and as the original fell apart after a year I cannot imagine the quality is inferior and probably is better. Time will tell.

Bought the purple small band. To start off with it fitted well and could barely tell it was a cheap replacement band. However one week on and it now looks discoloured and stained. Would buy again but only the black one as I think that colour would not stain as easily.The seller sent a replacement colour which I have had no problems with.

Looks exactly the same as the one that came with the fitbit, only difference is the lack of the name on the slider. Easy to change and I've since ordered other colours as I'm happy it's good quality

my original review was 2/5 :however, i I had a faulty band. The new replacement fits a lot better. For the price, this is a good alternative to the branded straps.
