II though it will help me in this summer to cool down my room temperature but Dont fall in trap to purchase these tower coolers, these are useless for Indian hot weather. Even someone selling you for Rs. 1000 then also say directly "keep with you."reasons:1. it doesn't make cool2. Noise is high, remote is useless.3. water flow works for 1 week then its started to blow hot air because water flow getting stopped.4. Honeycomb pad is useless due to inefficient water flow those not getting wet.5. People of Mumbai or Thane dont purchase this product. its a useless for you. if room of home is large and having proper open window area then only buy.6. Very Imp - service from symphony is pathetic.

Thrilled overall with the the fact that it’s much better than a fan. Most reviewers already covered that it’s great for a max of 2 persons within the air flow area and good in a mid sized room.Also people mentioned the RC doesn’t come with a battery (due to which I bought separate) I wish I didn’t read those as it does come with a battery.My two grouses are that the this is a tall unit, the remote when the units operating can be used as the panel is at a 75deg angle. That too by stretching your arm high above you head to line up with the panel. However if the unit is off the panel flushes horizontally with the panel top, you’re outta luck and there is no way one could be seated and turn the unit on. As a result of the units off, you’ll have to stand to turn it on.A free piece of advise is maybe the manufacturer should have the remote sensor on the front of the unit instead of the top. That would allow for much better utilization.Lastly, it’s loud asf. If your regular tv volume is set at 28, you’ll have to bump it up to 35 levels to compensate for the noise

Sad the open space for fan blower is 50% blocked & cooler fan could add a gear box too to make RPM 10x More faster. Need to improve the above 2. Else all okay. Not exactly value for money unless the above 2 are done. Thanks

I m not a first time user of symphony coolers and writing this after more than a month use.This model is not that efficient n cool the air.In description they wrote to clean the filters in 3 months. I m cleaning it every week as it pull too much dirt and choke otherwise airflow goes slow. This is when I m not using it outdoor.Cooling is not as per other broad models of symphony. I guess this is for a very small room probably 10*10 feet.Another big problem is remote control. It does not work from 4 mtrs. Also u have to stand to operate it until it match the Hight of panel on the top. Very poor range n useless.Now one challange you may face while changing the water in cooler. There is a rubber need to pull out to drop the water. When you use it it start to leak n take time to adjust itself. This is in first use. I m sure later it will get loose and you can't stop the water flow.I wish I could return it.Touch screen do not open properly n open only 30* instead of 70* 80*.This is not a cheap brand and cheap cost . I paid 11900 apox for this product for such a poor built.Overall not happy this time.

After selling it and buying other cooler, i would recommend you not buying it.I ll explain in detail whywhy you should not buy it:1. to clean pads , you have to open screws…no easy way to remove side pads2. only way to fill it , is small opening in front of it. so if you dont have pipe or dont use pipe you will make mess on floor while filling it.3. very less airthrow. it is for one person only and that person need to choose and that person need to sleep just next to it like 1 or 2 feet away.4. That remote control doesnt work from distance as the top panel goes down whenever it is turned off so you need to go to cooler to turn it on. very very bad design.why you should buy it:1. You want to buy good looking cooler that takes less space2. you need cooler which doesn't cool much3. you want to buy cooler for sometime and then sell it.

I bought this product last year. Product description claims it can cool an area of 16 sqr meters which is roughly around 13x13 feet in size, but I can ensure you it wouldn't give you enough cooling for a 10x10 feet room.The cooling effect of the evaporation cooler came from the evaporation of water, this cooler by design doesn't have enough surface for water evaporation. Three windows around it doesn't permit air intake for the whole area, upper 50% of each is blocked by blower and it's casing around. So, the effective window area of air intake is 50% of visible windows, this makes me feel disappointed.I like its touch screen, but the light emitted from them is annoying sometimes.Also, the whole popping-up mechanism for this touch screen and IR receiver isn't much reliable, for me it starts failing to open completely just after a month of use, it shouldn't be an issue for the touch screen but it makes it harder to control it from remote control.I would advise, don't waste your money on it, if you are seeking a cooler for more than a person, go for a desert cooler.
