This one works very well.. Bough 2 others replacement and din not work. The response is good and no issue with navigation of the channels. So far all is well....

I bought two because the dog ate mine. I have one I use now and one waiting in case this happens again. It works great. It’s a replacement and you’d never know. I am very happy with the value and product. I sit about 30’ away and the range is good. I can control the volume and all functions as the original one I got with the tv. I’d recommend buying this product.

Very easy to connect and get using right away.

One might think a remote control is pretty simple, so there is no need for instructions. Well, that’s what I thought until I opened the product packaging and realized TWO critical things were not obvious: (1) how to open the battery compartment and (2) how to adjust the volume. (1) The battery compartment. There’s a little arrow on the back of the remote which seems to indicate you slide the back cover down and off the remote to install batteries. After several failed attempts to “slide” the back cover off, I consulted the internet. Sure enough, the manufacturer intends the back to slide off, but it was not intuitive HOW to do it! I ultimately resorted to prying the back off. (2) The volume control. Well, the volume button looks like a common everyday press to activate button. If you press the volume button it mutes the sound. If you press and hold the volume button, it will mute the sound. Ok, great, but how do you increase or decrease the volume?! Pressing the left or right edge of the button doesn’t adjust the volume either. That also activated the mute function. I again resorted to the internet for help. And, EUREKA, the button also function as a rocker which you slide up or down to control the volume. Once over those hurdles, the remote works well and didn’t require any programming to control my Samsung smart TV.

Thanks for this remote, I always lost or damage my tv controls and it's kinda hard find the same one for my tv, works excellent, I hope if Vizio could make it in different colors so would be great but this one works good

If you are looking for a remote for your Samsung that does 85% of what the original remote does for 15% of the cost, this is 100% your choice. It sort of works but not exactly like the original, the center button didn’t work on most apps. It did pair easily and it got me through long enough to fix the original.
